  • The featured face of Umeed Awards: Vinayak Jadhav

Hello everyone, I am Vinayak Jadhav. UX-UI & Graphic Designer. I am 19 years old. I am working in CDK Global as an Associate UX Designer in HR Branding & Communication. I am doing a B.A in Psychology. I love designing and spent most of the time learning more about User Experience & User Interface. Let me give you a short introduction to UX-UI Designing. User experience design (UXD) is the process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product. I thank The World Of Blessing for giving me the Umeed Award for Achievement. After receiving the Award, I am feeling happy for myself. It also gives me the opportunity to spread hope to others. We all need hope to achieve things we want to do and give hope to others to do what they want. It reminds me of how hard I have worked and how much time it took for me to stand on my feet. I thank the Snehalaya Education Society for supporting & helping me in this journey. They were also there to help me. They give me the right path for me to start my career. Special thanks to Fr. Sunny & Team. I came to Snehalaya at the age of 6 years. After coming to Snehalaya I started walking and learning. The overall culture in Snehalaya is amazing. I feel very proud to be a student of the Snehalaya Education Society. And now it has been 13 years for me in Snehalaya. After getting into UX-UI Design my life really changed. I did my UI-UX design course in May 2021 which was for 3 months from Felix-IT’s institute. It was an online course. I got a very good teacher Tanmay Kalbhorwho taught me very well. His teaching was really good & each to understand. He is very helpful and supportive. Under his guidance, I designed my first mobile application School Dekho. After completing my course within 8 months I got a job offer from CDK Global. Which is an IT company which has 40 years of experience. I had never thought that I would get a job at the age of 19 years in an IT company in the HR Department. I had never thought that I would be traveling to go to the office for my job. As a fresh, I thought it would be hard for me to work in CDK Global. But it was not as hard as I thought. At CDK Global the work culture is really amazing. And I love doing work and going to the office. Once again thanks to The World Of Blessing for giving me the Umeed Award and thanks to Snehalaya Education Society for supporting & Helping me. As a result of continuous efforts with the idea of Mrs. Saravjeet Kirad , and Implementation from Mrs. Shweta Pankaj the Journey-: Aspiring to Inspiring has launched on the eve of Teachers day on 4 September 2021 with the idea to give due respect to the educators who are the pillars, The backbone of the education system and the building blocks of our society who help us Lay a firm foundation of knowledge and wisdom. And this year 2022 The Complete event was Conceptualized by -: ScholarsTree Educare Private Limited , Eduthon Education Beyond Syllabus with Media Partner-: Stay Featured Connecting Partner-: Win Connects Intellectual Network TM & Palingo Collaborator: Mindlancer, DIAS , Big Brain Brilliance Knowledge Hub Online PR Partner: Brand Maker RD Regional news: ‘Samruddha Vyapar’ Supported by: Watersports Special collaboration: Shotokan Karate-do sports association Aspiring to Inspiring Edition 2 was at its peak on 11th September 2022 with an ideal venue Symbiosis Auditorium, Viman Nagar Pune So during this interaction, we had an opportunity to meet Ms. Seema Sharma , a passionate educator into an able administrator with complete knowledge and management Let's read her thoughts during this journey "Every journey has Peaks and Valleys. Try all possible you could. Even if we LOSE, we are a WINNER. We become stronger during failures. Even if we are BEATEN, we should not be BROKEN. Nothing Inspires you than Failures. It is these failures that would make us stronger. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. It is not always big things that matter. Several tiny and little things add up to big things. Just like how the people who are in the Board room are important, even those who impact our lives daily like a janitor who cleans the office or someone who opens the door for us, all are important. We need to enjoy the precious moments in our life. “You can learn from everyone but it’s up to the individual to filter what you hold onto.” TIME is the most precious commodity in the world. Even a billionaire or a CEO cannot buy time. Let's celebrate every precious moment in our life. For me, my success as an educator is not in terms of just applause from everyone around me. Rather, I measure it in terms of how my teachings and learnings touch students, how it inspires my colleagues and subordinates, and what impacts our world. Not the applause, it’s my work that will ripple... and make people thoughtful. If we are going to be judged one day for what we did, I hope it is about what we did to impact the world. We should be the leaders who lead with purpose. We should be committed to making the world run better and improving people’s lives in authentic and meaningful ways. Purpose drives more value in the world, a better world. Remain true to who you are. Don’t follow fads and fashions. You have to grow as an artist to fulfill your own destiny. ASPIRE TO INSPIRE. Life is all about the JOURNEY and not just the Finish Line." • Aspire to inspire before you expire: Dr Pratik Mungekar

The excitement of Journey: Aspiring to Inspiring Edition 2 was at its peak on 11th September 2022 with an ideal venue Symbiosis Auditorium, Viman Nagar Pune As a result of continuous efforts with the idea of Mrs Saravjeet Kirad, and Implementation from Mrs Shweta Pankaj the Journey-: Aspiring to Inspiring has launched on the eve of Teachers day on 4 September 2021 with the idea to give due respect to the educators who are the pillars, The backbone of the education system and the building blocks of our society who help us Lay a firm foundation of knowledge and wisdom. this year 2022 The Complete event was Conceptualized by -: ScholarsTree Educare Private Limited, Eduthon Education Beyond Syllabus with Media Partner-: Stay Featured Connecting Partner-: Win Connects Intellectual Network TM & Palingo Collaborator: Mindlancer, DIAS, Big Brain Brilliance Knowledge Hub Online PR Partner: Brand Maker RD Regional news: ‘Samruddha Vyapar’ Supported by: Watersports Special collaboration: Shotokan Karate-do sports association During the show, we got an opportunity to hear Dr Pratik Mungekar 's amazing speech, so here is an exclusive transcript for the speech I believe all of us have seeds of greatness within us. Because we were created in the image of God, He has left His “fingerprints” all over our lives. Our ability to think, reason, create, discover, and much, much more, proves that each one of us is special and unique. Rest assured that you are no mistake! We all face difficult challenges from time to time, but one thing is true; every life has great worth and incredible value. Though our time here on this planet is relatively brief, each of us should aspire to do what we can to inspire and help others in the limited amount of time we are given. No one is an island unto himself. Whether we realize it or not, our lives all touch many other lives. We should do everything in our power to inspire, help, and encourage others as we journey together in this thing called “life”. Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States, once said, “Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though chequered with failure, than to live in that grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.” As I read that quote, it touched me deeply. I think, in the past, I have liked living in the grey twilight too much! It is a safe place to live. Unfortunately, there is a tiny victory there. In those few words, President Roosevelt reminds us how important it is to try to do something to better our lives and circumstances. Sure, we may fail in the process, but to try and fail was better than not trying at all. How many people never attempt great things because they are afraid they might fail? I once heard that the fear of success is greater than the fear of failure! I find that odd, because I know from first-hand experience, that the results of failure cannot compare to the rewards of success. Excellence is a way of life that requires strong emotional intelligence, focus, passion, and energy. The journey towards excellence can be challenging, but you’ll progress quickly when you make the effort to develop habits that allow you to thrive. Aristotle once wrote, “Excellence is an art won by training and habituation.” In other words, when we do the right things, we can achieve the virtue of excellence, thus becoming a habit. I believe to be successful we must place a sharp focus on the things that are most important to us in life. This may force us to make some tough, but critical decisions. The pursuit of excellence How many of us take on more than we should? It’s problematic when we spread ourselves too thin because it prevents us from performing at our best. When this occurs, excellence gets moved down the priority list reducing our momentum. Undeniably, the pursuit of excellence can be a rocky road especially if you’re living what I refer to as a “drive-by life”. I’m guilty of trying to cram too much into my day, often driven by my passion; however, this can derail my journey to excellence. We are a work in progress Our lives are a work in progress; we make lists and choices that have a direct impact. Living a life of excellence requires the practice of emotional intelligence competencies such as self-awareness and self-reflection regularly. From there, we must examine our priorities. Excellence does not mean perfection Recognizing the benefits of focusing on self-improvement rather than perfection, as well as the importance of making errors and learning from them is vital. We all make mistakes and take the odd wrong turn on our life’s journey. But if we pause long enough each day to prioritize what’s important to us, we’ve cleared the path ahead for progress and the next steps toward excellence. 5 strategies to get you back on track: Visit your values - what matters to you? Listen more than you speak. Get in tune with your emotions, they send important messages. Get to know what makes you tick. Strengthen your focus to be more productive. It’s never too late to up your game and creates your journey to excellence. You see, greatness always comes with a price. The “grey twilight of life” that former President Roosevelt talked about is a sad place to live! It represents that medium place that knows neither victory nor defeat. When I was in high school, I remember a coach telling one of my fellow teammates that he was only showing mediocre ability. My friend looked at the coach and said, “What does mediocre mean?” The coach said, “What you just did was not bad, but neither was it good. It was just sort of in the middle.” Not meaning to be a smart aleck, my friend said, “I thought when you told me I was being mediocre that you were telling me I was like pudding. Isn’t mediocre a brand of pudding?” I will never forget the coach’s amused response, “I think you are getting mediocre mixed up with tapioca!” Even though the coach thought it was funny, my friend still had to run laps! As you continue in your life, seek greatness. Aspire to new heights that you have never before attempted. When you do, you will inspire other people and yourself as well. All of us are facing that moment we will expire, but in the meantime, let’s do all we can to make this day, this trip, this journey, and this life, all it was meant to be! Thank you for your attention. Today there is an hour of need to create national thinking for its universal development in the form of connectivity and strong language in multilingual India. This effect was elaborated by Shri Virendra Kumar Yadav, member of Hindi Salahkar Samiti, Government of India, Patna. Hello readers, this is Dnyaneshwari Nitin Sonawane. Studying in Std-10th class. I’m a residential student of Snehalaya. Next year I will be completing my 10th through NIOS. I love singing and reading I am also passionate about art. I sing and perform here at Snehalaya at several events and I also play the piano and I love the field of music. And I am also excelling in the technology field. Here we have all the opportunities to choose our careers I am a blessed angel of Snehalaya… I feel reading books is the best way to spend our free time it helps us a lot… to increase our vocabulary memory power, etc. I also have a collection of books like Think like a Monk, How to stop worrying and start living, Wings of fire etc I Thank NanhaaGyaan Foundation and UmeedParivar and everyone for giving a new rise of hope to every one of us who received this Umeed Award….Thank you and Everyone! I feel blessed and proud to receive this award and to be part of your UmeedParivar Group…I’m truly grateful to all those who contribute towards my growth and are always supportive… I feel very blessed after receiving this award and I feel appreciated this is a great motivation and boost for me and all those who received this award. I got a new inspiration again to grow in my future….I thank everyone for giving me this opportunity and this beautiful award…. Thanks a lot deep down in my heart!!! Life is challenging yes true, but it’s an individual challenge that a person faces, then it depends on him/her how to accept it whether positively or negatively…. Yes there are many hardships for a person with certain disabilities and everyone has one or the other challenge, all face it according to their capacity and capabilities…. Taking a pause is fine….but giving up is not a solution to the problem….facing it shows how capable the person is and it doesn’t matter what people think about you….. Hard work will always pay off…! I cannot mention the specific incident because every day and everything is a challenge which we must face positively…..the most difficult thing for a person is to accept how he/she is born or met with an accident and disability occurred….but when a person accepts him/her as it is, there is nothing impossible or difficult for each one…we become infinite….! Everything is possible…! Money, luxury, a big car, a big house or being popular doesn’t make anyone happier and satisfied…. Dreaming and believing in your dream that you can achieve what is your goal and what you have dreamt about…being focused, being determined, being passionate and being satisfied with whatever we have while working for whatever we deserve…! Is true happiness. • What is Artificial Intelligence ? Dr Pratik Mungekar

We live in a rapidly changing world. A study of nature leads me to believe adaptation is the key to survival. Whatever you pursue make sure you keep current with current events and how they may affect your plans. so let's read about AI Artificial Intelligence From Siri to google assistant, self-driving cars, and ridesharing cabs like Uber, it’s Artificial Intelligence that makes businesses intelligent and smarter. Have you ever imagined how cab booking apps estimate the price of your ride even before you take it? But do you know what is artificial intelligence and how it works? What is Artificial Intelligence? Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a broad branch of computer science, that aims to create systems that can function intelligently and independently just like humans.AI is an imitation of human intelligence processes and machines. The intelligence processes include learning, reasoning, and self-correction. Specific AI applications include machine vision, speech recognition, and expert systems. After understanding what is artificial intelligence, you need to know how it works and what components make machines work intelligently. Speech Recognition Humans can speak and listen to communicate through language; this is the field of speech recognition. Since speech recognition is statistically based, hence it’s called statistical learning. Natural Language Processing Humans can write and read text in a language; this is the field of NLP or natural language processing. Machine Vision Humans can see with their eyes and process what they see; this is the field of computer vision. Computer vision falls under the symbolic way for computers to process information. Moreover, they can recognize the surroundings around them through their eyes which create images of that world. This field of image processing even though is not directly related to AI is required computer vision. Robotics Humans can understand their environment and move around fluidly; this is the field of robotics. Robotic Process Automation improves efficiency of the business’s productivity and processes by automating repetitive and complex tasks. Pattern Recognition Humans can see patterns such as the grouping of like objects; this is the field of pattern recognition. Machines are even better at pattern recognition because they can use more data and dimensions of data, this is the field of machine learning. Now let’s talk about the human brain, the human brain is a network of neurons, and we use neurons to learn things. How Artificial Intelligence Development works and how is it related to Human Brain Understanding what is artificial intelligence is not enough until you know how it comes into play. If we can replicate the structure and function of the human brain, we might be able to get cognitive capabilities in machines; this is the field of neural networks. If these networks are more complex and more in-depth and we use those to learn the complicated thing that is the field of deep learning. thingsThere are different types of deep learning and machines that are fundamentally different techniques to replicate what the human brain does. If we get the network to scan images from left to right top to bottom, it’s a convolution neural network. But what is CNN? A CNN is used to recognize objects in a scene; this is how computer vision fits in object recognition is accomplished through AI. Humans can remember the past as what you had for dinner last night, well at least most of us. We can get a neural network to recognize a limited past this is a recurrent neural network. As you see there are two ways an eye works, one is symbolic-based, and another is data-based. For the database side, it is called machine learning as we need to feed the machine lots of data before it can learn. For example, if you had lots of data for sales versus advertising the spending you can plot that data to see some pattern. If the machine can learn this pattern, then it can make predictions based on what it has learned. While one or two or even three dimensions are natural for humans to understand and learn, machines can learn in many more aspects like even a hundred or thousands. That’s why devices can look at lots of high-dimensional data and determine patterns. Once it learns these patterns, it can make predictions that humans cannot even come close to. We can use all these machine learning techniques to do one of two things, classification or prediction. For example, when you use some information about customers to assign new customers to a group like young adults, you are classifying their customers. If you use data to predict if they’re likely to defect to a competitor, then you’re making a prediction. Certain learning algorithms are used in the AI development process to run the machines smartly. Let’s understand how different learning algorithms perform. Here are some of the learning algorithms used to make machines Artificially Intelligent Supervised Learning If you train an algorithm with data, which also contains the answer, then it’s called supervised learning. For example,e when you introduce a machine to recognize your friends by name you’ll need to identify them for the computer. Unsupervised Learning If you train an algorithm with data where you want the machine to figure out the patterns, then it’s unsupervised learning. For example, you might want to feed the data about celestial objects in the universe and expect the machine to come up with patterns in that data by itself. Reinforcement Learning If you give any algorithm a goal and expect the Machine through trial and error develop to achieve that goal, then it’s called reinforcement learning. A robot’s attempt to climb over the wall until it succeeds is an example of that. AI Development has the potential to reconstruct businesses with its innovative features like natural language processing, machine learning, image processing, and robotic process automation.
