DARSHAN PATEL from Mexico. The awesome show was hosted by the exuberant and lively DR.(H.C.)FAHMIDA MOHAMED from Srilanka. She is a Senior Business Management Professional, Motivational Speaker, Host, Co-Founder and Director of “The Trainer." She is also the International Advisor of Positive Thoughts from Srilanka.
MR. DARSHAN PATEL- He is a Senior Solutions Architect, Head of Operations at Tata Consultancy Services, Mexico. Founder of “The Circle of Legends”. He is also the International Advisor of Positive Thoughts from Mexico.
MR. DARSHAN PATEL is a lively personality who with his humble and inspiring journey believes the concept of “Walk the Talk." With his humble humanitarian and enchanting charisma, he captured the whole event with his soft-spoken articulation.
COFFEE WITH MR. DARSHAN PATEL
Excellent and vibrant start of the event by the lively and cheerful FAHMIDA MOHAMED. She was the gardener of this ‘ARABICA COFFEE BLOOMS - SESSION NO. -26 who delicately watered the seedling sowed by DR. GAURAV SHARMA with her amazingly outflow of questions that were the conditions for the show to bloom with an audience strength of scoring a century.
It was an inspiring start by Mr Darshan Patel by paying obeisance to the two years of relationship. He stressed the rational thinking capabilities of every person by imbibing virtues of empathy and compassion. Laying the foundation of humanity in relationships that will make everyone’s life positive. His emphasis is more on the change that is needed to be started from first ourselves.
Embracing the journey of MR. DARSHAN PATEL- How technology can benefit humans?
There needs to be a screen time violation. It’s like a king being addicted to killing without a purpose. Such an amazing example to light the darkest night. He further demonstrated an example – There is air in the water, when we drink the water- is the glass empty? NO. – There is air in the glass. In the same way, to pull out air from the glass, we need to boil something and put it in the glass. This way attention needs to be diverted away from the screen. Limitations need to be set firmly. Divide your time among yourself, your happiness and some left over time to be given to others. The beauty lies when positivity is spread in different ways that lay the foundation of healthy relationships. There’s a great need for technology to be used constructively. The “C” capsules of sharing and learning that create healthy relationship channels according to him are -COLLABORATION AND CO-OPERATION. Adopt the NON -COMPETENCY MODE. His motto is ‘SHARE, SHARE AND SHARE “. He has empowered 3000 people at DIRECTOR LEVELS, CEO LEVELS AND HIGHLY placed professionals where real empowerment has taken place. Adopt and encourage the formula of ‘LEARNING BY SHARING’. These wisdom teachings were appreciated by Dr Fahmida that highlighted Darshan Patel’s – VOICE, DEDICATION AND PASSION.
His talks were mostly on the exclusion of a huge range of people over social media platforms. Usage of constructive and productive use of mind and time that will lead to connection through mainstream communication. His vision of ratio 30:30:30 in every aspect of life from full life needs to be diverted to different categories.
PROS AND CONS OF TECHNOLOGY ACCORDING TO HIM: We all are doing definite digital connectivity or divide. Technology being used in the wrong ways needs to be curbed and avoided. There is a great need to lead from the forefront and lead the group by creating a change to see the change. He further laid an emphasis that teachers are being empowered and a connection was being reconnected again through the mainstream media and are fabulously seem to be doing good. It is needed to be used in an underprivileged sector in a better way, empowered in a better and healthier learning way. He laid importance on one live session where 200 speakers attended a live event. Country makers and empowerment gurus are being created. There is still a long way to go ahead and a large contribution is needed to be made.
EMPOWERING THE AVENUES OF PEDAGOGY- GROWTH AND EMPOWERMENT.
Teachers and future leaders will be born now. Investing their time and energy, marketing themselves in a better way that will upscale the salary of teachers on par with the IT sector. Implementation of the right skills, good command of the English language, communication, presentation etc. can fetch more accolades and appreciation. Online assessments to be given to children to perform better, will lead to a different learning module. Identification of talents, make it available online. Presentations, credentials, online accessibility, short videos, use of EDUTECH – to upskill themselves will give rise to a complete enterprise.
FUTURE LEADERS - Exponential rise has taken place in corporate sectors. There has been a resignation boom or wave post covid that highlights that something certain is needed to be done at the grassroots level rather than focussing on the uncertain. CRYPTO is playing a big part and his main area of concern is the negative impacts on the youngsters. The primary focus should be that they should be made aware and to curb its misuse. The secondary focus is they need to shed their inhibitions, accept challenges as victory capsules- do whatever makes you happy. Have a collaborative mindset, be humble, be approachable -Opportunity is all around you -seize them. RISE, SCALE AND CREATE A PERSONAL BRAND.
HIS “CIRCUMFEEL AGENCIES” - PURPOSE.
Giving back to society in any possible way. The “Let’s give back to the society” foundation was created in 2019, where meetings were conducted once a week on zoom. Starting with six people in the beginning- A LINKEDIN PROFILE was created. CORE OBJECTIVES - Transparency, Non -competency, conducting sessions, encouraging everyone equally. People were given participation and were privileged to be a part of this much-honoured contribution to society. Collaboration, humanity perspective was simplified and made more meaningful. His core right-hand contributor is RAJIV KHANDA which made this association one big family where healthy and constructive criticism was given importance. LONG TERM LOSSES – SHORT TERM METER GOALS.
TIPS TO HELP PEOPLE IN SOCIETY -According to him networking is different for every different person. Make a connection with every TOM, DICK AND HARRY. Have a healthy network, concentrate on admissions, targets, and aims. The core area of attention is to be on such people where time is the biggest constraint for all to achieve such a target. HUMANITY, RELATIONSHIPS AND POSITIVITY ARE THE - CONNECTION TARGETS. Facebook has become a most treasured media platform. There is no size and no thumb rule application. Priority and Time are the most treasured jewels that are needed to be constructively and productively used.
HIS TAKE ON DR. GAURAV SHARMA - He is proceeding in the right direction. His efforts are in the fertile ground where the entire learning and sharing community is one ground. His “POSITIVE THOUGHTS” platform is a seed and is getting ready. We need to water it to help it sprout healthily by the right community members to set the right expectations on the right kind of community bearers. When you make your glass empty you have a chance to pour it.
