It is a description of a structural analysis. Job analysis involves the duty, alerts, and responsibilities, etc. Now We will Discuss Advantages and Disadvantages of Business If you want to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of Business vs Job make sure to be with us till the end. Freedom– : Firstly, You are your boss of your own world, no one controls you. You are independent enough to make decisions regarding your business firm. Standard of living -: Secondly, Since you own a company yourself, it might give you a better lifestyle (not in all cases). Since you are the entrepreneur you are the one who decides all the business decisions. You might want to spend more time on non-organizational activities, spend some quality time with your family. You might also shift your work from home. Its your decision. With today’s technology it is even easier. Financial results -: Thirdly, Since you own your company you may also get better financial rewards, even though you have taken a risk. In business vs job It gives a chance for you to grow your company and increase your profit from 1X to 10X which is no away possible in a job. Knowledge-: Involving in activities like business networking, trade fairs, reading about concerned business industry etc, gives opportunities for learning and gaining knowledge. Knowledge in various fields helps in expanding business. Satisfaction-: lastly, Working in the field of preference gives satisfaction to the employees. You will be able to put your knowledge concerning that field with your skills without any work pressure giving personal satisfaction end of the day. Disadvantages of Doing a Business : Risk- : Firstly, It is never easy to operate a company. It always involves risk. Though a lot of funds are required to get started in an organization.Although there are few low investment business startups. Sometimes, entire savings or even a debt is needed to start a company. There is always a risk of financial loss if the company does not get profitable overtime. A lot of stress-: Secondly, In an individual business all the other decisions are taken by the employer, there is a lot to worry about already. In fact it can be employee salary, payment, customer problems, product defects, and many more. Time commitment-: Thirdly, An employer may work more depending upon business, than if you had worked for someone else,.of-course you have the opportunity to take the time side aside from the entrepreneurial world. But due to a large workforce many owners get entangled in large working hours a lot of times. Duty and responsibility for everything-: Lastly, in the question business vs job, when you start a business, you are accountable for everything, owners have to do the task that they don’t like. That’s not the same for a job. Their founders are the ones doing everything from marketing to sales everything.Whole and sole responsible person. Advantages of doing a Job : Holidays and leaves-:Firstly, Companies provides sick leaves and annual leaves to their employees. In some cases the company also gives its employees paid leaves which is fixed. Since an employee may get leaves annually it can plan out holidays and short trips sometimes. Promotion-: Secondly, promotion is not guaranteed but an employee does always have a great chance to be promoted faster than part-time employees. Another advantage is that being a full-time employee, the employer looks at you as a long term investment, getting promoted might sound easy but employees have to work hard consistently for it. An employee gets an increase in salary every time you are promoted. Stock and Insurance benefits-: Thirdly, companies offer stock benefits to all their employees which means they offer shares of the company if they are happy with the work you do. Companies also offer different insurances schemes to their employees. These insurances involve health, accidental death, disability, life whereas some companies offer family coverage as well which is a advantage. Fixed schedule-: All full-time employees have a fixed schedule regarding the hours of work. In most cases it’s 9-5 is the timing for a full-time employee or changed as per company needs. No one can call you in the last moment and shift your timings of work. It means you are free to plan the rest of your day. Fixed salary-: Lastly, Employees get paid for the amount of work they do. there is a fix salary. An employee gets paid on a monthly basis which is fixed, based on that you can plan your expenses in long term. It even save some of your salary for future investments, if you work well, salary is what you will get every time. Disadvantages of Doing a Job: Dependent-: Firstly, Being an employee, you are always dependent on the employer on the work he allots you to do. Employees have to do every work the company asks you to do. Unlike a business, an employee doesn’t have the freedom to make his own decisions and has to obey the orders of its employer or manager. Limited salary-: Secondly, The salary of an employee is always fixed to the amount decided. It is a limited salary, changes are made to salary when there is a promotion or demotion. Based on the organization, a salary cant be changed. It is always fixed in nature. Job security-: Thirdly, Security is not always necessary in a job. There is always a high chance of getting fired, fresher or even years of experience employee can be asked to leave the job as per company needs. Since jobs are not permanent, an employee can be replaced by anyone any time which has a high risk of no job for an employee. No flexible hours-: Lastly, an employee is required to work fixed specific hours every day, and he is paid for that every month, an employee’s working hours cannot change. It is usually between 9 – 5 depending upon different shift timings. Conclusion: To conclude things, In this blog, I have mentioned details about the topic business VS job. - I am an accidental Comedian: Kapil Sharma, a well-known comedian
Dare to laugh, FLO(FICCI Ladies Organization) members had an interactive session with India’s Comedy King, Kapil Sharma on Monday at the Hotel Park, Hyderabad. Speaking to 450 plus FLO members, Kapil Sharma, who was in conversation with Shubhraa Maheshwari, Chairperson of FLO, said he never dreamt of becoming a comedian. It happened accidentally. You can even call me an ‘Accidental Comedian’. Initially, I wanted to become a police officer like my father. Later I wanted to become a singer. When I went to college, I wanted to become a theatre personality. Now I am in front of you as a comedian. That fact is I am an Accidental Comedian’. At one stage I wanted to become a fighter pilot. I was also equally certain that I wanted to pursue music. Punjab to Mumbai, College to stand-up comedian, Singer to acting, nothing was planned. It just happened and happened for good, he shared Introducing Kapil Sharma, Shubhraa Maheshwari described him as a person dipped in Ganga of humour. The man who brought happiness and qushi(happiness) into every household in India. He too struggled and his success was not that aasan(easy) Shubhra explained to her audience. He is not only a comedian he can do serious roles like the one in the upcoming movie ‘Zwingto’ in which he acted as a delivery boy. No one is hurt by his comedy. Once a struggling theatre artist, today he is the most successful artist. He is self-made. He wears many hats. And he spreads happiness through his laughter, which doesn’t attract GST nor TDS, she said. It is difficult to make people laugh especially in this era of social media. A lot of happenings in day-to-day life are inspirational for our laughter, he shared Talking about using men instead of women in some characters of his show he said that they used to shoot two episodes a day. And we used to shoot for long hours. So the young man was taken in the role of dadi. It worked out well and we continued. That experiment really worked out well. Also, when we use men in such a character we will get some liberty to use some extra dialogues and it works out well, he shared. Also, another reason was Girls were rare in comedy, except Bharti Singh, he quickly added He explained how his wife, who was his friend, then bailed him out of his depression. I never heard of depression before. All I knew was sar dard, pet dard. My life’s big heroine is my mother. I couldn’t share my depression with my mother. But, with god’s grace and my wife’s effort I came out of it, he shared. And he asked Shubhraa how this hall with 450 beautiful women was calm. Then everyone burst into laughter. When asked about his work-life balance he said since the lock-down, he gives more time to his family, especially to the children. He tried his best to converse in English when his attention was drawn to the comedy he makes on his own. May god grant you the strength to understand my English, he said and added that the British ruled us so we speak English. Had it been ulta and India had ruled the world, the whole world would have known Hindi and I wouldn't have had to face the problem, he told as a witty remark. Now my English has improved a lot, he quickly added. When asked about his message to his participants, he said why people say ‘Aaj Women’s Day hai’. What does that mean? Every day is a women’s day and every day is your day. Women are adbhuth prani (a wonderful creature), the god had created.

- Exclusive Transcript of Dr.Pratik Mungekar: Elected Fellow of Royal University (FRU) Singapore.
At the convocation event held in Dubai on March 5, Dr. Pratik Mungekar was conferred the Fellowship of the Royal University (FRU). He also gave his vice chancellor address on the subject of digital education and the value of money for many. Transcript of Vice Chancellor Address by Prof. Dr Pratik Rajan Mungekar The University of Kingdom of Atlantis, Singapore. Hon’ble Chancellor, Deans, Members of the Board of Management, Academic council, Distinguished Members of the Faculty, distinguished invitees, proud graduates, their equally proud parents and friends, ladies and gentlemen. It is indeed a special privilege and an honour to have been invited to deliver the convocation address of this university. The institute has the dream of becoming a global centre of excellence in education, research and technology development. This dream can be converted into reality if we create the right ‘ambition’ and the right ‘ambience’. I see the presence of both here. I have no doubt, therefore, that this dream will be fulfilled. Let me begin by extending my wholehearted congratulations and my very best wishes to the young graduates. You are going to enter a new exciting world, which is changing rapidly. There are extra-ordinary opportunities for those, who are prepared to face the challenge of change. Indeed, only those of us will survive and succeed, who will be able to anticipate the change and also exploit the change. And those who do this will one day lead the change. We in India should have the ambition of leading the change and make things happen on our own terms. As educators and members of the business community who are here today to witness the University of Kingdom of Atlantis' convocation ceremony, I will shed some light today on digital education and its value for money. Digital education refers to the use of technology to deliver educational content and services. It encompasses a broad range of tools and technologies, including computers, tablets, smartphones, educational software, online courses, and digital media. Digital education has become increasingly popular in recent years due to advances in technology and the widespread availability of digital devices. It has the potential to transform the way people learn by providing more flexible, accessible, and personalized learning experiences. There are many benefits to digital education. For example, it can: Increase access to education: Digital education can be delivered to anyone, anywhere, at any time, making it possible for people who might not have access to traditional educational opportunities to learn. Enhance learning experiences: Digital tools can provide interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences that can engage learners and make learning more interesting and effective. Increase efficiency: Digital education can make it easier and more efficient to deliver educational content and services, as well as to track student progress and performance. Promote collaboration: Digital tools can facilitate collaboration among learners, enabling them to work together on projects and assignments in real-time, regardless of their location. However, digital education also has some challenges that need to be addressed, such as the need for adequate infrastructure and technical support, the potential for unequal access to technology, and concerns about privacy and data security. Overall, digital education has the potential to greatly expand access to education and improve learning outcomes, and it is likely to continue to play an important role in education in the future. Value for Money and for Many Value for many must not be limited to "for a few more," but rather must include value for many more. Therefore, we must strive for extremely low costs rather than content with low costs. Therefore, we must choose extreme affordability rather than just affordability. This also means that we will strive for "disruptive innovation" rather than "incremental innovation." Can we really get value for a lot of people while also getting value for our money? Can we make a laptop that costs $2,000 available at a price that is not only 10% cheaper but also ten times cheaper? Can we reduce the cost of a $20 per dose Hepatitis B vaccine to 50 times less than 50 percent? Can an artificial foot that costs $10,000 be obtained at a price 300 times lower than 300 percent? Or, are we able to reduce the price of high-quality cataract eye surgery from $3,000 to 100 times less than that? All of these seem out of reach. All of these seemingly impossible challenges, my young friends, have been successfully overcome, and all of them in India! You might wonder what it takes to accomplish such feats. My friends, setting ambitious goals for his team and inspiring them to achieve them requires an inspiring leader who believes in making the impossible possible. It requires more than just incremental innovation; it also requires disruptive, extreme, and game-changing innovation. Take, for instance, the wireless communication sector of the Indian telecommunications industry. Today, more than 950 million people own mobile phones, compared to just 15 million ten years ago. Why? Customers are getting a lot of value for their money. The world's lowest rate for a minute of mobile phone time. A cell phone can be had for as little as $20. The lowest price anywhere in the world is for a single SMS text message. Dhirubhai Ambani, the founder and chairman of Reliance, was the catalyst for this brilliant journey of providing value to many and value for money. Dhirubhai had the bold goal of making communication and telephony available to everyone in India. He challenged his team to come up with new ideas and lower the price of a phone call in India to the same level as a postcard. A number of innovations emerged in order to realize this common desire for value. The emergence of the "refining model of telecom" was most notable. Reliance's success in constructing a world-class refinery in India served as a source of inspiration. Independently of the number of end users, the refinery integrated intricate processes. Therefore, Reliance developed its own model rather than adopting the conventional strategy of purchasing telecom equipment based on the cost per subscriber. Because refiners were accustomed to thinking in terms of barrels per day, Reliance paid vendors for the volume of traffic that passed through the equipment rather than for a significant upfront cost per subscriber fee. They stated that the equivalent will be erlangs per day in this location. Free text messages, free phones, free incoming calls, and other innovative marketing strategies were also pioneered by Reliance. The outcomes were outstanding. Outgoing call rates dropped exponentially as a result of Reliance's entry, causing a revolution in the Indian telecom industry. The arrangement that Reliance made with suppliers of equipment set the standard for the world's lowest prices for equipment. And as a result of this initial move toward offering value for money, costs and prices dropped to near-zero levels. Airtel also advanced all of this significantly. Additionally, when Reliance launches Jio, a 4G mobile revolution that is once more a case of "extreme innovation" and is conceptualized, designed, and delivered by yet another iconic leader from this country, Mukeshbhai Ambani, yet another value for money and for many will follow! To demonstrate that innovation is all about doing things differently to make a difference, I will only provide one example. You must take a daring new route that hasn't been taken before. Innovation, compassion, and enthusiasm are the final three qualities I would like to see in you. The three things that are connected to your body are as follows: One is creativity, thought, and the brain. Passion is the second; the third is compassion, or heartfelt compassion—passion in the belly. While many societies, societies, and individuals may be extremely innovative and passionate, if they lack compassion, they are missing a crucial component. As a young Indian citizen, you will need to adopt these three characteristics. Compassion is especially important for India because we must create an "inclusive" society rather than an "exclusive" one. We talk about a growth of 8% or 9%. "Inclusive growth" is required; It must be inclusive growth driven by innovation, which "includes" all of the unfortunate "excluded"—the poor, the deprived, and the have-nots. Finally And my young friends, you will enter this exciting new word that is called a VUCA word. Here VUCA means volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. But don’t worry. Here are ten Mashelkar mantras that might be useful for you. And here they are 1. Your aspirations are your possibilities, so keep them always high. 2. Like instant coffee, there is no instant success. Work hard and success will follow. 3. But work hard in silence. Let success make the noise. 4. Persistence pays. It is always too soon to quit. 5. Don’t wait for opportunities to knock on your door, create opportunities, and build your own doors. 6. You can do anything but not everything. So choose and focus. 7. Be curious forever. Creativity follows curiosity. New creation follows creativity. 8. When someone tells you it can’t be done, take it more as a reflection of his limitation, not yours. 9. `I’ in every individual must stand for innovation, not for inhibition or imitation. It is better to fail in originality than succeed in imitation. 10. There is no limit to human imagination and achievement, except the limits you yourself put on your mind. So go limitless. Outperform yourself. My friends, let me give you my choicest blessings as you set out of the portals of this great university to create the new India of our dreams. International Language Conference (Language and Employment Opportunities) on the occasion of International Mother Language Day and Marathi Official Language Day under the joint aegis of Poona College, Hindi Department, Vidyarthi Vikas Mandal, IQAC and Eduthon, Stay Featured, Scholars Tree Educare, Palingo, Win Connects Aspiring to Inspiring - Aparajita Awards 2023 concluded I have been asked the question, “How does one motivate oneself?” several times. What has perplexed me is that, most of the time, the question is asked by professionally successful members of society. It’s a fantastic question and its answer can take us to the threshold of an understanding of not just who we are, but also how much we can help others. By enjoying the process of staying motivated we will derive pleasure by ensuring others too enjoy a wonderful level of motivation. Here are amazing ways to get ourselves into the journey of motivation – 1) Understand Yourself – What gives you happiness? 2) Set Goals – Take responsibility for your actions – refuse to indulge in the blame game. 3) Be your toughest Critic – Define your expectation regarding yourself and what you are capable of achieving. 4) Find your Purpose – What is your definition of Success? 5) Be a Learner and continuously Improve – Learn from experiences and people. 6) Be Passionate about Life – Make every moment of your life count. Let me briefly explain how I got awakened into this life – changing process. One of the first steps that motivated me in my life was when I accepted that it’s fine not to know all the answers. The second was to realize that it’s perfectly fine to ask the answers from those who know. Suddenly the moment I accepted these two changes in my thinking, the whole world seemed to open up for me. Its amazing to observe just how ready people are to share their wisdom and learning with us when we seek their guidance. The key factor is to always remember, that there’s always something we can learn from everyone we come across in our life. Motivate Yourself to Motivate Others. One of best ways we can create leaders is by teaching our children, family and people whom we know to motivate others. Making our loved ones and everyone you come across feel like a winner takes efforts and interest. The impact of our actions on those we are motivating will be far more powerful than we may initially realize. True leadership can remind us a lot about parenting. Like parents, these leaders will motivate us to feel we are improving and developing. Most importantly, that our actions add significance to a greater purpose. “People will forget what you said … But people will never forget how you made them feel” Now Would like to congratulate all our todays Aparajita Awardees.. ।स्वहृदयमणितोनकांहींमलाकमी।।' -छंर३३.[सं.] Pratibha Hi Aparajitach ahe.. First, your aspirations are your possibilities, so keep your aspirations always high. Keep your eyes on the stars, and not down at your feet. We often complain about scarcity in India. But remember, the combination of scarcity and aspiration can create disruptive and game changing innovations. Second, you can do anything but not everything. So focus. focus and you will achieve’. That’s why I say, never lose focus in your life. Third, perseverance always pays. It is always too early to quit. Winners never quit and quitters never win. As Dr. Kalam had said, let the problems not defeat you –you should defeat the problems. Michael Jordon, the legendary basketball player has said `I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed’. So my friends, look at the world FAIL differently. FAIL is First Attempt in Learning. As long as you keep on learning from the errors you have done and not repeat them, you will ultimately win. Fourth, be always a part of a solution, never a part of the problem. If you can’t find the way, create a new way. Don’t just knock on doors of opportunity. Create your own doors. Fifth, there is no substitute to hard work for becoming successful. I have myself worked 24×7, week after week, month after month, year after year and will do so till I take my last breath. The golden rule is the following. Work hard in silence. Let success make the noise. Like instant coffee, there is no instant success. Your overnight success is always a result of everything that you have done through that moment. If you really look closely, most overnight success took a long time, as Steve Job famously said. Sixth, again about success. Please remember that success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing, as the legendary footballer Pele, who reached an ultimate pinnacle of success in life, had said. Seventh, always be innovative. Remember, innovator is one who sees what everyone else sees, but thinks of what none else thinks. Indeed, if you master the art of visualizing the invisible, you can make even seemingly impossible, possible. Eighth, continue to be creative. It does not get exhausted. The more you use creativity, the more you will have it. Ninth, when someone tells you that it can’t be done, take it that it is more a reflection of his or her limitation, not yours. Remember, innovator is one, who does not know that it cannot be done. Tenth, I strongly believe that there is no limit to human endurance and no limit to human achievement excepting the limits you put on your mind yourself. So be `limitless’. So all my best wishes to you. May you put no limits on your mind, and may you achieve limitless success in your life.
