- Meet Achiever Of The Week : Dr Rania Lampou from Greece
Team Stay Featured is feeling proud to declare Dr Rania Lampou from Greece as Positive Thoughts Achiever Of The Week She is Global Educator, STEM Instructor, Greek Astronomy & Space Company. Dr Rania Lampou is an International Advisor of Positive Thoughts from Greece. Let's Read about her journey I was born in Athens, Greece. My childhood was full of great memories. The school was challenging but very fulfilling. I had always wanted to be a teacher since I was in primary school. I knew that this was my life purpose. I entered the education department of Athens University after I had passed the very demanding Pan-Hellenic exams. During my studies, I got interested in experiential and inquiry-discovery learning. Today I am a Global Educator, STEM Instructor, ICT Teacher Trainer, Researcher, International Keynote Speaker and Global Peace Ambassador in Greece. I never stopped learning and evolving in my field. With a post-graduate degree in language teaching related to cognitive neurosciences, I am now exploring cognitive psychology and neuroeducation, the principles of which I apply when designing and teaching STE(A)M to my students. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and STEAM also include arts like painting, collage and theatrical play amongst more traditional approaches. I use a combination of theoretical and practical experiments, immersing students into the world of STEM methodology allowing them to think critically and even make mistakes. I promote STEM vision by introducing STEM in astronomy and physics projects and I also combine STEM with Language Teaching. In my teaching practices, I leverage common materials for the teaching of complex physics concepts. For example, within the framework of a CERN innovative program, my students depicted the CMS detector using wood, collages, Lego, three-dimensional printing, organizing art exhibitions. My teaching style is creative and I believe in challenging my students for them to exceed all expectations. Furthermore, I am the Founder and International Coordinator of many innovative, humanitarian international projects that focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals described in the 2030 Agenda. I am also an author of scientific books for kids. My latest book is called “Planetary Interviews”. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was the Founder and International Coordinator of the STEAM International project called “COVID-19: A Life-changing experience”. The project focuses on 3 out of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) described in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (Good health and well-being, quality education and reduced inequalities) and promotes creative Project-based learning (PBL) activities. Recently, I wrote a new innovative STEAM International project for “Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development” which is called “Gender-based violence: Why peace is a much better option” and has started to be implemented with great success in public schools in Nigeria. The outcome of this project is the strengthening of the idea of peace among members of societies that experience conflict, especially gender-related conflict. This school-based intervention can promote gender equality and prevent violence against women by challenging stereotypes that give men power over women. The project is based on 5 out of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) described in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and promotes STEAM-based and PBL (Project-based learning) activities. Moreover, recently, I wrote a new project for the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and particularly the Directorate of Educational Technology and Innovation, where I work. The project is addressed to primary Greek schools and it’s called “SOS! We are changing the Earth’s climate”. It’s an Interdisciplinary STEAM project that aims at raising children’s awareness of climate change. Currently, I am a STEM instructor at the Greek Astronomy and Space Company (Annex of Salamis) and I am also working at the Greek Ministry of Education, at the Directorate of Educational Technology and Innovation where I write STE(A)M projects for Greek schools. One of the biggest challenges I encountered on my path was the bias against women in science or STEM education. It’s more challenging for a woman to be accepted as an equally important member of the STEM community. Women need to act as a group. That’s how we will become stronger. On the contrary, competition among ourselves makes us weaker. I had to sacrifice many things in life. I don’t have a family because my professional goals take up a big portion of my time but I have to keep my life balanced. So I surround myself with many friends and students who are a big family for me. Everything I do becomes meaningful because of my students all over the world. I want to see them shining and one day become the best version of themselves. I also want to see myself in the best possible version. Life can be very interesting when you are on this never-ending journey. In many cases, teachers go beyond themselves, creating teaching tools that take the lesson to the next level and give the information to the students in a playful way, which makes it easier for them to absorb it. This is what I also strive to do with my students. I find it easy to work hard many hours in a row because I really love my work. I like collaborating with many people and I used to say that I am a perfectionist but now I have realized that there is no perfection in this world, only evolution. I am only trying to make things better and better. It seems that my efforts led me to great awards. I have been awarded many National and International prizes (over 120) and I am a “Global Teacher Award 2020 & 2021” (AKS Awards) winner and a “Global Teacher Prize 2019” (Varkey Foundation) finalist. Recently, I have been selected as “Global Icon 2020” featured in “Passion Vista” Magazine, among the top 10 women entrepreneurs featured in “Fortune India” and among the “100 most successful women in business” featured in an Amazon book by “Global Trade Chamber ”. I felt great joy and I became emotional when I was informed that I was awarded the "Global Teacher Award 2020". My joy is the same as it was when I won my very first prize. This recognition justifies my many years of efforts, struggles and sacrifices in the field of education and gives me the impetus to continue even more energetically. I also feel proud to represent Greece and Greek Education with this distinction. I was very concerned about the pandemic but I think you have to use whatever you have at a time of crisis. When you do not have the means, you can succeed with the mind, the heart, the soul, with a strategy and responsible leadership. My teaching methods based on the principles of neuroeducation, brain-based learning, made the cover of “K12 Digest”, the Independent International education portal and magazine, at the start of the pandemic, when lockdowns were enforced for the first time in several countries across the world. I wrote in my article that we are living through the world’s largest home-schooling experiment, as I guided teachers in their first steps of remote learning. It was also an unprecedented social experiment revealing our need for human connection. Moreover, I am the Ambassador of Education of Greece and some of my titles include “Global E-Innovation Winner”, “Pan-European Diversity in STEM Winner”, and “Education Leader of 2020”, “Distinguished teacher 2020” to name a few. Furthermore, I am a Social Activist, a Global Peace Ambassador and an Ambassador of the Ecumenical Delphic Union. I am International Ambassador of Volunteerism and Education of the Greek “Academy of Volunteerism and Education Help Hellas”. I am also a member of the educational committee of the Ecumenical Delphic Union in collaboration with Harvard University. I have received many humanitarian and many peace awards from International Humanitarian Organizations. In addition, I collaborate with many International Organizations of Education, Arts and Culture, I am an Editorial Board Member of many journals, I presented my research in numerous International Conferences and E-conferences and I have published papers in various journals. I think that the career of an evolving educator never reaches its peak. There are always new challenges and new goals. There are also obstacles that I need to overcome. This is a never-ending process. In the future, I want to expand my STEM projects. Moreover, I want to work more on the relation between neuroeducation and special education, and I am going to deepen and systematize my research. I have another life purpose, too, which is a charity and socially-oriented work. My dedication to underprivileged children led me to found projects for developing countries in Africa and Asia. The projects that were implemented in Africa were related to water, food, COVID-19 and gender-based violence. Human rights was also another field that attracted my attention. That’s why I deliver speeches on human rights and especially women’s rights during the International conference to spread the idea of peace worldwide. I am grateful for all my experiences as a teacher. However challenging they may have been, they offer me a life full of meaning and goals. Every experience can turn into an opportunity for me to evolve. Becoming a teacher was the best choice of my life. if you want to connect with me, here are the links Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rania.lampou.16 Linkedin : https://www.linkedin.com/in/rania-lampou-202b1966/
- Indians in WBBL- An Article By Ashwin Jangam
If IPL is the best franchise cricket league in the world, WBBL is the best one for Women's cricket. Players who get to participate in this league get a good experience of playing with players from different countries playing together, eventually honing their skills. This year was no different. When Indian men cricketers are not given a chance to play in the league's outside India, female stars of India are not just participating but also making their mark with their dominating performance in these leagues. The tournaments like the English Premier League, Hundred and WBBL have proved to be a boon to the players, and Indian players participating in the leagues have proved to be a boon for the leagues, in terms of popularity as well revenue. The first time an Indian was selected for any foreign league was when Indian T20 captain Harmanpreet Kaur was selected in WBBL 2016. 5 years later, 8 Indians got selected for the league, and set the stage on fire with their performance, making it the highest number of Indian players participating in any league outside India. The likes of Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Radha Yadav, Shafali Varma, Deepti Sharma, Poonam Yadav and Richa Ghosh played in the tournament. For some of them, it was the first time, and a chance to gain experience and to prove their mettle. For a few others, it was their experience that was going to be helpful for the teams they played for. And eventually, all of it happened. Women in Blue either came out with flying colours for their team or gained fruitful experience from the senior members of their team which comprised of international stars. The star of the tournament was the skipper of the Indian side, Harmanpreet Kaur. Playing for Melbourne Renegades, she displayed her all-around skills and turned out to be the x-factor for the team amassing 399 runs and scalping 15 wickets. Her powerful sixes, her boundaries and her wicket-taking abilities helped her team win many close encounters. She was awarded the prestigious Woman of the Tournament award for her stellar performances in the entire tournament. Another batter who made her name in the history books of WBBL was the elegant Smriti Mandhana. The left-hander continued to do perform her duties for Sydney Thunders just like she does for Women in Blue. Her effortless straight lofted drives, her mesmerizing cover drives did just the right thing for her team. Her score of 114 is the combined highest score in the history of WBBL. But she lost the same match while chasing because her Indian counterpart Harman denied her 13 runs in the last over. However, the season was great for the queen of modern-day cricket Smriti as she amassed 377 runs in 13 matches. Sydney Thunders had another Indian, Deepti Sharma in their team along with Smriti. Her all-around performance was a bonus for her team, just like it is for India. She always likes to contribute to all three departments, and she did it. Scoring 211 runs, and taking 13 wickets in 13 matches, she also saved a good amount of runs for the team with her fielding. Jemimah Rodrigues, who played alongside Harman for Melbourne Renegades had an amazing season where she continued her form from Hundred and India Australia series. She scored 333 crucial runs in 13 matches with 75 being her highest. Sydney Sixers has 2 new Indian youngsters who debuted in WBBL, Shafali Varma and Radha Yadav. The explosive Indian batswoman, Shafali was extremely excited to share the opening with Alyssa Healy, under the leadership of Ellyse Perry. Scoring a fifty in the season, she scored 151 runs overall and provided the right explosive start required. Radha Yadav scalped 9 wickets in the 12 matches she played, choking the flow of runs of opposite teams time and again. Both, Radha And Shafali were exceptional in the field and held one-handed blinders in the season. Radha's catch was by far the best catch of the tournament according to me. Apart from these stars, 2 Indian stars played for Hobart Hurricanes and Brisbane Heat. The Indian wicket-keeper batter Richa Ghosh, playing for Hobart Hurricanes scored 162 runs and played important cameos for the team. She was also involved in an almost impossible looking runout that took the cricketing world by storm. Brisbane Heat was highly benefitted by the Indian stalwart Poonam Yadav, who scalped 10 wickets in 12 matches. She lifted the morale of her team giving them crucial breakthroughs, and her teammates lifted him every time they celebrated her wicket. All in all, every one of the 8 Indian players made their presence felt in the tournament. The domination of Women in Blue was visible throughout the tournament. This has helped the Aussie viewers and WBBL viewers to know more about these Indian stalwarts. Also, the presence of Indian stars made Indians view WBBL, increasing the viewership and popularity of the league even further. With the increased confidence, Women in Blue would love to enter the T20 world cup in style. And every cricket fan, after seeing the Indians performing outside the country would hope to see a Women's IPL, where these stars increase the confidence of other cricket playing girls in the country. - Eye care tips for Winter Dry eyes problems -Dr Satya Prasad Balki
Winter is coming! And no am not talking about the most popular tv series ever. I can almost hear GOT fans going ‘’yeah!!!’’. This is the season which most of us enjoy, the pleasant mornings and the chilly nights, time for holidays, get-togethers around barbeques and bonfires. What winter season also brings with it are various health issues, like rising in cases of common flu, exacerbation of respiratory illness, etc. In a milder form, we see dry skin and dry eyes, these happen due to a drop in the relative humidity in the air during winters compared to monsoons. We tend to lose moisture from our skin and eyes, while skin is far more resistant to damage; it is our eyes that need special care during winters. Did you know our eyes are constantly exposed to the environment and are at the receiving end of harsh pollution, dust, dry air; they have an ingenious protective mechanism in the form of a three-layer tear film and blinking! The tear film is composed of three layers -an innermost mucin layer, a gel-like substance, which anchors the other two layers to the surface of the eye, a middle aqueous layer like water forms the bulk of the tear film and an outermost oily layer which coats the other two layers and prevents evaporation by external factors. Truly sophisticated, isn’t it?! Blinking, on the other hand, behaves like a windshield wiper of your car, clearing any dust or debris and refreshing the tear film, these mechanisms ensure our eyes are always kept clean and moist. Nowadays, with excessive gadget use by children and elders alike, eyes are already under a lot of stress and the dryness that comes with winters is only worsening eye health. So What can we do to prevent this from happening- For starters, Follow good lid hygiene, wherein keep your eyelids clean by washing them with non-tear shampoo, prevent any dust or crusts from collecting in the lashes as these tend to hinder tear film formation and act as a reservoir for infections. This holds important for those who use eye makeup, ensure that you use non-chemical products and clean the lids thoroughly to remove them. Alternately, one can use lid wipes to clean the lids. In case you use contact lenses, remember to not wear them for more than 6-7 hrs a day, maintain good hand hygiene and use lubricant drops as advised by your doctor. In winters, using a warm compress over the lids gives a soothing relaxing feeling as well as helps in keeping oil secretions from the lids at optimum which is essential for the oily layer of the tear film. In case you can afford it, an air humidifier in the room helps to keep up the moisture levels, which prevents dry eyes and also benefits people with respiratory illnesses. When stepping out in this weather, make sure your eyes are not directly exposed to the cold wind, wear glasses or a helmet if you are travelling on 2 wheelers. If you use gadgets excessively, try to restrict usage or at least take frequent breaks, which is not only good for your eyes but your neck and back too! Make a conscious effort to blink frequently, as there is a tendency of reduced blink rate when we concentrate on work, most commonly during screen time. Use lubricant eye drops as prescribed by your eye doctor, these drops help in supplementing and Restoring the tear film. Smoking has a direct effect on dry eyes wherein, chronic smokers have a higher incidence of dry eyes. so, this would be a good time to ‘kick the butt’! no pun intended! And last but not least, ensure adequate rest and sleep for your eyes, avoid using your phone at bedtime, good undisturbed sleep is paramount for your eyes as well as mind and body! Wishing my readers good health and happy holidays! - The chaos and the result - An Article By Ashwin Jangam
In midway during a triangular series between India-West Indies-SriLanka in 2013, Virat led the Indian team in the ODI series due to the injury of MS Dhoni. In the next two matches as a captain, he scored centuries and led from the front to help the Men in Blue win the final of the triangular series. Although he was just a stand-in keeper in the series, his aggression in captaincy was visible to the cricket fans. And once he was appointed as the permanent ODI and T20 captain, he always led the team in the best possible way. Under Virats's leadership, India became an even stronger team. Leading from the front, Virat showcased a great example of leadership to the whole world. He built a team of youngsters who would help India become the number 1 ODI team. His team's consistent dominance was visible when India reached at least the semi-final of all the ICC tournaments, barring the 2021 T20 world cup. However, India could never lift an ICC title under his leadership. Eventually, the greatest batsman in all formats Virat decided to quit his captaincy in T20's after the T20 world cup 2021, which came off as a shock for his fans. Another shocking news for the fans came when he was replaced by Rohit Sharma as the ODI captain for the South African tour in 2021. The permanent ODI captain from the 2016 Pune match, to the 2021 Pune match, Virat was no more a captain of the Indian side. His appointment as a captain of the Indian side was something everyone expected. However, his exit as the limited over captain was a shock to all the Men in Blue fans. The change in captaincy was not addressed by the BCCI, who didn't give any official press release. The unprofessionalism of the cash-rich body was visible to the fans. Furthermore, the contrasting statements from Virat and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly added to the confusion when the later said it was the former's voluntary decision to step down as a captain when he requested the former not to step down. But Virat refuted claims in the press conference stating that he was never asked to continue as a captain, and was told by the selectors only a couple of hours before the announcement, to which he obliged due to his inability to win ICC tournaments. The communication gap between the players and the management of the cash-rich body was visible. The lack of transparency and the haste in which the decisions were taken sounded fishy. The Board for Control of Cricket in India failed miserably to take its players into confidence before taking such an important decision. The Board's inability was seen by the entire cricketing world, who got divided into two groups immediately. One group supported the decision of BCCI, the other one supported Virat. But both the groups were sure about one thing, the lack of communication from either of the ends led to such abrupt actions. Furthermore, the Indian media did exactly what they are known for, adding fuel to the fire. Their unverified theories from their so-called "sources" started circulating on the internet. The media, again in an attempt to spice up the things, created stories of unrest between the former and the current skipper of Men in Blue, which Virat denied. The media has been doing it since the 2019 world cup, in an unsuccessful attempt to prove so. But they have successfully divided Indian cricket fans into two groups, Virat fans and Rohit fans, just for some TRP. For the past few days, these groups have consistently bashed the other one, forgetting that all of them are Indian cricket team fans first, and secondly the player's fans. The groups have gone to the worst possible extent where they could be seen to rejoice in the failure of the other player. Despite both the champion players refuting the claims of Media time and again, few of the fans are not ready to understand, creating a rift, not between the players, but their fans. Instead of rejoicing the fact of having two world-class batsmen and leaders in one single team at the same time in the form of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, these so-called fake fans are fighting amongst themselves to prove who is the best. These things were already enough to hurt the fanbase of Men in Blue and were significantly contributed by BCCI later by such poor decision making with improper planning. Knowing the leadership qualities of Rohit, and his history of IPL titles, it was only a matter of time before he replaced Virat in the limited-overs as the permanent skipper of the Indian side. In a matter of a few days, it would have happened anyway. But it all happening in such a short time, with so much chaos is not expected. The BCCI is responsible for all these happenings. Although, both, Virat and Rohit have handled the situation with extreme maturity, stating that both of them would give their 100% for the team, the improper planning of BCCI could have cost us the beautiful team to be scattered in groups. No one thought the year to end this way. The year started with Men in Blue winning Border Gavaskar Trophy and breaching the Aussie fortress Gabba with a young side. The dominant Indian side looked perfect in all the formats. The team, which was made with so many efforts, almost seemed to be on the verge of breaking when this happened. Hopefully, it doesn't happen. Alongside, instead of our people fighting in groups supporting Virat or Rohit, one would like everyone to unite and support Men in Blue every single time they step on the field, irrespective of who the captain is. Also one would hope, the richest cricketing body in the world to take decisions with planning after gaining the confidence of key players. All in all, in the end, we Indians want our team to be the best, which they have proved to be time and again. Let's hope we get to witness the same against South Africa when India win the first test series on South African soil. I support Men in Blue and will continue to do so. - Ruturaj Gaikwad : Breaking the door of selection- An Article By Ashwin Jangam
After an impressive stint in IPL 2021, the youngster and future star of India, Ruturaj Gaikwad has left the cricketing world to take his notice yet again. For all the good reasons, he has hit the headlines. Continuing his purple patch, he has amassed 603 runs in 5 matches crossing the 3 digit mark 4 times in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy . He ended up joining the elite group of Virat Kohli, Prithvi Shaw and Devdutt Paddikal to score 4 centuries in a single domestic 50-over tournament. Earlier this year, the orange cap holder scored 635 runs in the IPL and was one of the primary reasons for the Chennai Super Kings to win the tournament. Everyone noticed the "spark" he had within. In the Vijay Hazare Trophy , he was appointed as the skipper of Maharashtra . And leading from the front he scored 136, 154, 124, 21 and 168. These knocks have not just helped his team Maharashtra win the game, but have also made the national selectors consider his name for the South Africa series, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him in the playing eleven in the ODIs. Courtesy : Google This is not the first time his performance make the fans feel so. In his stint for India A, in a series of 5 matches, he had a staggering average of 99. Although it was difficult to find a place in the team because already many other proven players were warming the bench. Selectors could not select him for the national side, however the most successful captain of India, MS Dhoni was impressed with him and made sure Ruturaj was selected for Chennai Super Kings in 2019 IPL. There is an interesting story about their first meeting. MS had come to the stadium to watch his friend Kedar Jadhav bat for Maharashtra when he saw Gaikwad for the first time. Gaikwad, while playing was hurt during the match, but still went on to play for the team with the injury. Eventually, he was dismissed, but his courage impressed MS, who visited Ruturaj in the hospital and left a note saying "get well soon ". Furthermore, the captain cool was left awestruck with the thinking of Ruturaj. In 2019 IPL, Ruturaj was not a part of the playing eleven. And in a match against CSK lost to KKR in a close encounter, due to the quickfire knock of Andre Russell. That's where post the match Ruturaj went on to Dhoni and suggested a few things which would have got Dre Russ out. Impressed Mahi told the plan he was trying to get Russell out, and said to Ruturaj, "you have a sharp cricketing mind, be involved in the game likewise I'm future". Knowing his potential and sharp cricketing mind, Mahendra Singh Dhoni backed Ruturaj in the 2020 IPL, despite the first few failures with the bat. And the results were in front of everyone. He smashed a hat-trick of half-centuries in 2020 IPL last matches and went on to win the orange cap in IPL 2021 . In between the two legs of IPL2021, he made his debut for Men in Blue in the T20s against Sri Lanka. He didn't perform up to the expectations, but his recent form in IPL 2021 and Vijay Hazare Trophy is making the selectors think of his name for the ODI series. Ruturaj is a great player of both, swing and spin. He is naturally talented, which is why, despite being skinny, he manages to hit long sixes. He has a negligible gap between his bat and pads when he plays shots. Most of his runs come from a straight bat. He hardly tries to go across the line with a crossed bat, which makes it difficult for bowlers to breach his gap between bat and pads. The result can be seen now when he is scoring non-stop centuries. He is a calm headed cricketer. No one has seen him lose his temper. He doesn't sledge the opposition, but he loves to answer the people who sledge him with his bat, something which we saw during the CSK encounter with RR. He is someone, who can make it to the list of elite players in the world. If utilized properly, he can be a boon to Men in Blue. With increasing competition for the opening slot, it would be interesting to see if he is selected or not. One can only hope, he gets a chance in the playing eleven and makes a mark in the chance. After all, he is the future superstar of India . We wish him all the best for the same. Author:- Ashwin Jangam (Cricket Analyst, Host, Poet, Entertainer ) Insta I'd:- cricket_creativity

Creating a WOW moment on the topic of the eve ‘Happiness is your birth right’ and we must appreciate what we have as happiness is to enjoy what we have, she enthusiastically introduced the Trainer of the eve, Prof. Dr G. C. Kavitha. Prof. Dr G. C. Kavitha started with a statement that she want to inspire if not all then some and advised that her session would be a combination of three stories as she want the people to reach the extent of happiness she is expecting and asked everyone to imagine themselves in those situations. The first story she narrated started with imagining that one has got feedback on his/her work. Your good work has been appreciated however there are some recommendations for you too to improvise and raised a question that how would be your state of mind? The second story stated that you wake up in the morning and the moment you go to your balcony, you see some flowers blooming, birds chirping in the sky. You feel the aroma of coffee and you get your coffee. Just before you could have sipped, somebody come and knocked the coffee off. She asked what is your state of emotion? In the third story, she stated that you and your best half (could be your friend, life partner or anyone whom you are very closed to) enter into a tug of war due to differences. She continued that in conversation you and your best half-point out the mistakes and claim how you ignored it and asked that did it happened with you too? She added that why did she ask the above questions is that we human beings are hardwired to identify something more negative. She said that one cannot create happiness. When a person can reduce the negativity, eventually one starts to see the positive side of it. She added that when one sees something fearful coming up, one tends to protect oneself as the very first intention for each one on this earth is to survive. She mentioned that fear can be categorized under 5 major categories as under: 1. Fear of extinction (death) 2. Fear of mutilation (damage or injury) 3. Fear of separation (parting) 4. Fear of autonomy (lack of freedom) 5. Fear of ego (losing self-image) She highlighted that every human being is brought up with certain belief systems and certain values, and we perceive ourselves, others and the world based on our belief system. This belief system does come in because of our nurture. There are a lot of unless and until the list of activities that are considered as parameters of our success or well-being. She said the above questions related to the three stories form a part of it as all these are variables that remove happiness from our lips. We also tend to minimise as we do not take or give the credit. People also miss happiness is becoming judgemental about situations and losing the happiness quotient. If we attach our happiness with materialistic benefits, we would become happy but the depth of it would be saturated at a certain point of time and we wouldn’t be realising the same after some time (it could be from max one to five years). One needs to remove the negativity and materialistic benefits to remain happy for a lifetime as this is your life and Happiness is your birthright. At last, Dr Supriya Kumaravelan Co-chairperson of Positive Thoughts gave the vote of thanks to Prof. Dr G. C. Kavitha for sharing great insight about how to become happy and stay happy life long and giving her precious time on Thunderbolts and the session was ended by virtual felicitation with the certificate to the Trainer Prof. Dr G.
