Thanks for your continuous attendance Hello, I am Abhinav Ranganathan from Pune. A graphic designer, graduate in Media Graphics and Animation from YCU Maharashtra. I started my academics after early intervention by my mother with homeschooling. My mentor, guide, tutor, friend, therapist, and special educator all in one, Dr Giridhar from Chennai, whom I call lovingly Girianna is the leading light in my life. Who guided me in academics. From the age of Two and half years when I was diagnosed with ASD, my mother took me to various early intervention centres in Chennai, we met Dr Giridhar in Vidyasagar who took me under him to coach, guide and be my mentor. I am 25 years now and still, Giri Anna keeps an eye on my progress and explores my strength pushing me beyond my limits, and encouraging me to my best performance. I am who I am because of Giri Anna, I would like to thank him for being always supportive and my guide. I joined Sunderji institute where I studied for NIOS secondary. My teacher was Jumana madam. Sunderji institute was my first school. I would like to Thank Sunderji institute, Jumana Madam and Mrs Masarrat Tavawalla Madam for their support. I did my Senior secondary from NIOS by homeschooling where my mother was the teacher. I learnt to use a computer at an early age on my own, my elder brother's computer, I am good at handling gadgets which comes naturally to me. With my interest in using computers and my natural ability to use software, I went on to do my graduation in Media graphics and animation through VEDA College on the Pune college campus. I have done certificate courses, in the and bounding box, polygon tool, facial recognition which are used for artificial intelligence back-end data. I am looking forward to doing an assignment for the AI industry. I have done my Microsoft Mentorship Program. Now to the real story, I am a singer Singing is my passion, I listen mostly to melodious Hindi movie songs and sing by myself. I like Sufi songs which are very soothing. My father’s friend Shishir uncle and Reena aunty, are parents of Sagnik who is also on ASD. Both Uncle and aunty are professional singers, they regularly perform on stage. Shishir uncle encouraged me to perform on stage. He gave me many shows where I performed on tracks and also with live musicians. Now I perform regularly on stage under different famous Banners in Pune. I play harmonium and keyboard for which I had basic training. I also had a brief training for a short period in Hindustani Classical. I have participated in online singing completion and received recognition. I play songs rhythmically with beats to satisfy ourselves through continuous practice with self-connect. I was practising in the same way, I practice and I will also in future. Listening to good music is an important skill which acts as a stress reliever as well. First, we have to listen before playing. We have to listen to other experts and masters music also to improvise our skills. Compete with yourself rather than compare with others. There is no superior or expert in music. Each one will have its style. Every day you should be ready to accept new challenges, new efforts, new learnings and new friends with self-confidence to excel in your work. While learning, you have to be like a child, like a budding artist and like a first learner so that you are open to facing any problem. Life has good and bad things, experiences, friends and deeds but Art teaches me and gives me the power to take up the good things, experiences, friends and deeds in life and to move on to accomplish my goals. But keep in mind that you should not carry your good things and experiences also to the future which may make you feel proud and you will not succeed further. I respect my Art as my Mother and embrace her like a child; with this impression, I never think lonely as she is always with me. I never sense that myself and my Art are different things; They cannot be split. SANTSAR means the World. My Art and my name Santhi cannot be parted as I add Art in my name as, - SANTSAR is SANThi’SARt - SANTSAR is Santhi, my son Tarun and my husband Saravanan Painting is also a rhythm to me. Therefore, entrepreneurship plays a vital role in the creation of new jobs. Entrepreneurship enhances production by utilizing existing resources most effectively by bringing innovation to all aspects of the business. To develop new markets, entrepreneurs introduce new and improved products, services, and technologies. Consequently, they contribute to national income by generating new wealth. As a result, the government can offer the citizens more benefits at the national level. 2. Innovating through Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurs bring innovation to the world through their research and development practices, opening the doors to new markets, products, and technologies. Entrepreneurs can solve problems that existing products and technology have not yet solved. It is, therefore, possible for entrepreneurship to improve people's lives by producing new products and services or bringing innovation to existing products and services. 3. Changes in society can be promoted through Entrepreneurship Society's traditions and cultures are changed or broken by entrepreneurs and obsolete methods, systems, and technologies are reduced. Entrepreneurs are primarily responsible for bringing new technologies and systems to society. Improvements in lifestyle, generosity, morale and economic choice are associated with these changes. As a result, social changes gradually influence national and global developments. The importance of social entrepreneurship cannot be overstated. There is a special program aimed specifically at Social Innovation at Duke's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative. To inspire, prepare, and support entrepreneurial leaders and scholars to turn knowledge into action in pursuing innovative solutions to the world's most pressing problems, the program builds upon and extends the university's strengths. An example of one of the most recent initiatives of the initiative is the Duke-UNICEF Innovation Accelerator, which focuses on entrepreneurship in three African countries for women's health and hygiene. 4. Innovation and research are fostered by Entrepreneurship In addition to developing new business ideas and thinking outside the box, entrepreneurs promote research and development. Their ideas are nurtured, moulded, and turned into successful businesses. Entrepreneurs are special types of people who are always searching for new ideas and improving existing ones. Their impact extends beyond their own companies and ventures: when entrepreneurs develop a new product, service, or idea, others often follow (and sometimes refine it further). Entrepreneurs combine their efforts to accelerate innovation and industry. They can motivate each other, share ideas and inspiration, and plan to establish new industries together. Through innovation, the Indian economy will grow faster Entrepreneurs of all ages should lead the way in pioneering new business and entrepreneurship innovations, emphasizing both entrepreneurship and innovation in today's economy. With government initiatives in technology-led growth, ease of doing business, and the digital sector, India is expected to grow by 7.5% this year, making it the fastest-growing major economy. To address economic problems arising from the pandemic, India adopted the mantra of "reform, perform, and transform," and the results are evident in the Indian economy. The Prime Minister listed four pillars responsible for the Indian economy's recovery: technology-driven growth, ease of doing business, infrastructure improvement, and digital transformation.

I completed my 12th std last year with 84% through National Open schooling. I have also completed a Teachers Assistant course, MS Office course and Front Office Management course. I have been learning Hindustani classical music for several years and performing in various music concerts. I have also participated in Marathi plays. I have a youtube channel. My hobbies are reading books, singing, playing the keyboard and working out in the gym. I aspire to be an accomplished singer. I am feeling pleased and proud to be a part of your group and I think such awards help boost the confidence of all children and propel them to do better. I thank my parents, teachers in Mysore and Pune in my school and vocational institute and I especially want to thank a child specialist in Mysore who foretold me that I would be leading an everyday life in future. I am doing so. I also thank my close relatives who have been moral support and shown confidence in me so far. While I was studying in Sindu Vidya Bhavan, Pune, I got several opportunities to perform on stage in songs, dances and plays which were covered by print media. It gave me the necessary confidence to get rid of stage fright. When I joined Vidya Jyoti Special School, Pune, I got many opportunities to get structured education and resultantly I completed my std. 10th exams through NIOS with flying colours. I got enrolled in classical music which made me calmer and thoughtful and honed my concentration power. I also got an opportunity to work with a Singapore-based company to do beta testing of AI software. It helped me to develop my computer skill sets and now I am quite proficient in handling my laptop alone while doing online meetings. I am happy to report that I have enrolled in BA FY in the Pune University Distance Education system.
