Today there is an hour of need to create national thinking for its universal development in the form of connectivity and strong language in multilingual India. This effect was elaborated by Shri Virendra Kumar Yadav, member of Hindi Salahkar Samiti, Government of India, Patna. He was addressing as the chief guest in the national seminar on 'National Education Policy 2020: Role of Hindi' on the occasion of Hindi Day at Poona College, Camp, Pune, attached to Anjuman Khairul Islam Institute.
Dr. Shahabuddin Sheikh, President of Vishwa Hindi Sahitya Seva Sanstha, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, Pune presided over the function. Shri Yadav further said that at present there is a need to make Hindi the language of governance, administration and justice by going beyond literature and making it not only a language of knowledge but also of knowledge. We have to actively contribute to the prosperity of Hindi literature and Indian languages by changing our mindset.
Nehru Yuva Kendra Pune, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, Poona College IQAC, Department of Hindi, Prutha Foundation, Eduthan jointly organized the National Seminar, Book Release and Award Ceremony. In this program organized under the guidance of Mr. Yashwant Mankhedkar, Co-Director of Nehru Yuva Kendra Maharashtra and Dr. Aftab Anwar Sheikh, Principal of Poona College, Vice Principal Moinuddin Khan welcomed all the present.
Vice Principal Prof Imtiaz Agha presented the proposal. Balbharti Pune's coordinator Dr. Alka Potdar expressed his views on the new education policy in the speech. Samaj Jeevan in Hindi novels written by Dr. Ratna Chaudhary, Wardha was released by the dignitaries. Dr Ratna Chaudhary, while introducing her book, expressed gratitude to all.
While concluding the President, Dr Shahbuddin Sheikh said that Hindi has made tremendous progress on the world stage in India and outside India. Yet all Indian languages, including Hindi, have to be developed to keep the Indian culture intact.
The use of Roman script for Hindi is a big problem. For the existence of Hindi, the use of Devanagari script in all areas is very important. The implementation of the National Policy on Education has started, which will promote Indian languages. Education given through regional and mother tongue will undoubtedly prove to be fruitful. This education policy with knowledge and skills will prove helpful in making the youth of the country self-reliant.
The technical session was presided over by Dr Renu Singh, who arrived from Lucknow. In this session, Dr. Prerna Ubale, Dr. Nirmala Rajput, Smt. Meenakshi Bhalerao and Mrs Bhawana Gupta expressed their views regarding the new education policy and Hindi.
Dr. Reena Suradkar from Ajanta, Dr Ratna Choudhary, Wardha, Dr Milind Bankar, Prof. Kiran Nagre, Dr Prerna Ubale, Dr Shakeela Mulla, Dr Nirmala Rajput, Prof. Deepika Katre, Kanchan Padalkar, Mrs Saravjeet Kirad, Prachetan Potdar, Prof. Imtiaz Agha, Prof. Ruksana Sheikh, Dr. Baba Sheikh, Dr Mohd. Salim Maniyar, Dayanand Kanakdande etc. were decorated with Hindi Sevi Samman. Lion Subhash Goyal was present on the occasion. हिंदी के विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय सोच बनाने की आवश्यकता – वीरेंद्र कुमार यादव
बहुभाषी भारत देश में संपर्क व सशक्त भाषा के रूप में उसके सार्वदेशिक विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय सोच बनाने की आज नितांत आवश्यकता है। इस आशय का प्रतिपादन हिंदी सलाहकार समिति, भारत सरकार के सदस्य श्री वीरेंद्र कुमार यादव, पटना ने व्यक्त किया। अंजुमन खैरुल इस्लाम संस्था से संलग्नित पूना कॉलेज, कैम्प, पुणे में हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में ‘राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 : हिंदी की भूमिका’ विषय पर आयोजित राष्ट्रीय गोष्ठी में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में वे अपना उद्बोधन दे रहे थे।
विश्व हिंदी साहित्य सेवा संस्था, प्रयागराज , उत्तर प्रदेश के अध्यक्ष डॉ. शाहबुद्दीन शेख, पुणे ने समारोह की अध्यक्षता की। श्री यादव ने आगे कहा कि वर्तमान में हिंदी को साहित्य से भी आगे जाकर इसे मान ज्ञान की ही नहीं, बल्कि शासन, प्रशासन व न्याय की भाषा बनाने की आवश्यकता है। हमें अपनी मानसिकता बदलकर हिंदी साहित्य भारतीय भाषाओं की समृद्धि में सक्रिय योगदान करना होगा।
नेहरू युवा केंद्र पुणे, युवा कार्य एवं खेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, पूना कॉलेज आय क्यू ए सी, हिंदी विभाग, पृथा फ़ाउंडेशन, एड्यूथान संस्था के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी , पुस्तक विमोचन एवं सम्मान समारोह सम्पन्न हुआ। नेहरू युवा केंद्र महाराष्ट्र के सह संचालक श्री यशवंत मानखेडकर तथा पूना कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. आफताब अनवर शेख के मार्गदर्शन में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में उपप्राचार्य मोइनूद्दीन खान ने सभी उपस्थितों का स्वागत किया। उपप्राचार्य प्रा. इम्तियाज़ आगा ने प्रास्ताविक प्रस्तुत किया। बालभारती पुणे की समन्वयक डॉ. अलका पोतदार ने बीजभाषण में नई शिक्षा नीति पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। डॉ. रत्ना चौधरी, वर्धा द्वारा लिखित हिंदी उपन्यासों में समाज जीवन इस पुस्तक का विमोचन सभी मान्यवरों के करकमलों द्वारा हुआ। डॉ. रत्ना चौधरी ने अपनी पुस्तक का परिचय करवाते हुए सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया।
अध्यक्षीय समापन करते हुए डॉ. शाहबूद्दीन शेख ने कहा कि हिंदी ने भारत व भारत के बाहर विश्व मंच पर भरपूर प्रगति साधी है। फिर भी भारतीय संस्कृति को अबाधित रखने के लिए हिंदी सहित सभी भारतीय भाषाओं को विकसित करना होगा। हिंदी के लिए रोमन लिपि का प्रयोग बहुत बड़ा संकट है। हिंदी के अस्तित्व के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों में देवनागरी लिपि का ही प्रयोग बहुत ज़रूरी है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति का क्रियान्वयन आरंभ हुआ है, जो भारतीय भाषाओं को बढ़ावा देगी। क्षेत्रीय तथा मातृभाषा के माध्यम दी जानेवाली शिक्षा निःसन्देह परिणामकारक सिद्ध होगी। ज्ञान व कौशल के साथ ये शिक्षा नीति देश के युवा वर्ग को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में सहायक सिद्ध होगी।
तकनीकी सत्र की अध्यक्षता लखनऊ से पधारी डॉ. रेणु सिंह ने की। इस सत्र में डॉ. प्रेरणा उबाले, डॉ. निर्मला राजपूत, श्रीमती मीनाक्षी भालेराव, भावना गुप्ता ने नई शिक्षा नीति और हिंदी के संबंध में अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।
