I am Pooja Balot from Moru, a village situated in the Jalore district of Rajasthan. My
aim is to motivate people through my words. I was born in Mumbai. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts from Besant Women’s College in Mangaluru, Karnataka. I am a Human Resource Head at Nanhaa Gyan Foundation.

Sva Eternal, Gayatri Chadwa at Umeed Awards!
I am feeling grateful after receiving an Umeed Award! This award will be a constant source of motivation and encouragement for me to inspire and empower people through my writing.
I express heartfelt gratitude to my parents Leela Kanwar and Late Roopsingh Balot. I am thankful to all my teachers at Fr. Agnelo High School, Sachin & Mithun Sir’s Group Tutions, and lecturers at The BSGDs’ Junior College of Commerce, Arts & Science- Mumbai, Mehul Tutorials- Mumbai, Besant Women’s College-Mangaluru, family members, friends, virtual family, readers, and everyone else for constantly encouraging me and sharing their feedback. It is because of them that I have truly enjoyed my literary journey so far!
I had a negative attitude towards life and this was because of major adversity I had a negative attitude towards life and this was because of major adversity that I faced in the year 2007 and as I grew up I was more negative. In the year 2019, I shifted to Karnataka for pursuing my graduation, and I met two courageous, enthusiastic and inspiring teen girls. When I learned about the challenges they are facing in their lives I was amazed by their optimistic attitude towards life. It feels like destiny pulled me towards Karnataka and the universe had planned to let me meet those two inspiring girls and teach me how to be optimistic about life those two girls are my best friends and I am blessed to have them in my life.
My message to all the readers is:
Be courageous, believe in yourself, take action, be determined and success will knock on the door of your life.
Many of the readers have told me that my words have helped them to build a positive mindset and made them realize that one should always look on the brighter side of life.
