Sixteen visually impaired students from the LV Prasad Eye Institute's Rehabilitation Centre embarked on a transformative visit to FTCCI, aimed at exploring skill development opportunities and career prospects for individuals with visual challenges. Meela Jayadev, President of FTCCI, and Suresh Kumar Singhal, Senior Vice President of FTCCI, personally engaged with the visiting students. Meela Jayadev emphasized, "Employers are increasingly open to hiring individuals with visual disabilities, recognizing their exceptional skill sets. Both the government and private sector offer a wide range of job roles for the visually impaired." Jayadev further noted, "With the aid of screen reader software, those with no usable vision can navigate technology independently.
