The FICCI Ladies Organisation orchestrated a compelling interaction with Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy, a stalwart in the Indian IT industry, at Hotel Park, Somajiguda on Monday. Mr. Reddy, the visionary founder of CYIENT and a trailblazer in the IT revolution, unfolded his journey, narrating the story of creating a prosperous, scalable, and sustainable organization.





Engaging in a fireside chat with Mr. Srinivas Rao Mahankali, CEO of T-Hub, the dialogue spanned over an hour, encompassing three segments: personal journey, business building, and words of wisdom.


Expressing admiration, Mahankali remarked, "This fireside chat is a rare opportunity because I consider him as a role model and a mentor. He took two companies to the public. BVR Mohan Reddy built one of the largest homegrown IT companies."

BVR Mohan Reddy emphasized the imperative role of women in the success of any society, community, or company, stating, "Unless there is equal participation of women, no society, community, or company can be successful."



Reflecting on his entrepreneurial journey, Reddy shared his motivation, saying, "I used to think, what was the purpose of my life? What was my contribution today? What did I do today for society? Why am I here? What did I contribute back to society? What is your uniqueness? These things drive me towards entrepreneurship."

Highlighting the importance of continuous learning, he advised, "I learnt a lot by working for other companies. Learning is the only way forward. Even if it is your last day, you must still learn something."


In her welcoming remarks, Ms. Pratibha, Vice Chairperson of FLO, invoked management guru Jack Welsh, emphasizing, "Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others." She encapsulated the essence of FLO Hyderabad's mission as a community committed to nurturing personal and professional growth.


With Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy and Mr. Srinivas Rao Mahankali present, Pratibha inspired a collective commitment to empowerment and innovation. She expressed, "Together, let us embrace the spirit of leadership and collective success as we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve."
