  • A Glorious 33-Year Journey: Celebrating the Legacy of Headmaster Ramdas Vyavahare

Guided by the empowering motto “Knowledge is Power,” Jagriti Shikshan Sanstha in Waki Budruk began its humble journey in 1990 with just one class. Over the years, it has blossomed into a robust educational institution, now comprising twelve sections across semi-English and Marathi mediums, as well as a dedicated L.S.T. English-medium school offering classes from playgroup to grade four. At the heart of this institution’s remarkable journey stands a stalwart figure—Headmaster Ramdas Vyavahare, who retired on May 31, 2025, after an illustrious 33-year tenure. His unwavering commitment and quiet strength have left an indelible mark on every corner of the campus and every student who walked its corridors. Mr. Vyavahare’s association with the school began in 1993 when it was still a non-granted institution. After successfully clearing the rigorous selection process, he took charge during a time of limited resources but unlimited dreams. Guided by his personal belief that “hard work is divine,” he helped transform a modest three-room setup into a two-story educational complex equipped with modern facilities—science labs, a computer room, a library, well-ventilated classrooms, an administrative office, clean drinking water, and hygienic, gender-specific restrooms. His vision extended beyond infrastructure. The school introduced morning and evening study sessions, special coaching for key subjects, and even operated late into the evening—all driven by an unmatched dedication to student success. This relentless commitment earned the institution the affectionate moniker “The School Without a Bell” among peers in the taluka. Bhairavnath Vidyalaya's consistent 100% academic results and its accolades across taluka, district, state, and divisional levels are a reflection of this drive. From essay competitions to elocution, sports to drama festivals, and external exams like Navodaya Vidyalaya, NTS, NNMS, and Rashtrabhasha, the school’s students have continually excelled—often through extra classes conducted without expectation of compensation. The school culture, nurtured by Mr. Vyavahare, was inclusive and vibrant. Daily assemblies celebrated student birthdays, while the academic calendar was filled with tree plantation drives, science exhibitions, food fairs, school trips, talent showcases, Ganesh Utsav celebrations, and commemorations of national and cultural icons. Independence Day and Republic Day were marked with traditional lezim performances, disciplined drills, poetry recitations, and heartfelt renditions of the national anthem. Even personal health challenges never dimmed Mr. Vyavahare’s commitment. His tireless work earned accolades from the Pune Secondary Education Officer and recognition from none other than Sharad Pawar, former Union Minister for Agriculture and Defense. He played a key role in the District and Taluka Headmasters' Associations and was honored with the Ideal Headmaster Award by the Pune Zilla Parishad. The legacy of his leadership is not just in awards—over 50 of which now grace the school office—but in the deep respect and affection of students, staff, and the community. Renowned filmmaker Rajdutt once visited the school and praised its discipline, creativity, and the visionary leadership that fueled it. This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the collective efforts of the school’s leadership and team: Chairman Laxmanrao Tope, Vice-Chairman Ambadas Tope, Secretary Namdevmama Tope, Director Dattatray Tope, and a dedicated board of directors. Their support, along with the village community, alumni, and staff members—such as Anil Dharmadhikari, Suresh Lokhande, Shantaram Jagtap, and lab assistant Vilas Bhondve (many now retired)—created a foundation of strength and unity. Now, the baton passes to new Headmaster Sahebrao Bhalekar and Atul Daundkar, supported by Eknath Tope, Anil Tope, Mr. Pawale, Mr. Gore, Mr. Gade, Ms. Jyoti Sutar, clerk Shantaram Tope, and staff members Bhivaji Gargote, Santosh Tipre, and Khandu Tope. Their journey builds upon a legacy crafted with patience, purpose, and passion. In his farewell address, Mr. Vyavahare humbly described his tenure as wearing a “thorny crown” he bore with honor and pride. As the board and colleagues wished him health, happiness, and time with family, they also encouraged him to continue mentoring future generations in his unique, inspiring way. This is the story of a man who didn’t just serve a school—he transformed a community. Through 33 years of selfless service, Headmaster Ramdas Vyavahare turned a rural school into a beacon of quality education, proving that true leadership leaves behind not just success, but a soul.

  • From Pain to Purpose: The Emotional Coach India’s Elite Quietly Trust

Luxury doesn’t always mean peace. Behind every business-class boarding pass, Ivy League alumni list, and multi-crore enterprise… lies a silence no one talks about. It’s the silence of disconnection. Of pressure. Of families growing apart, even as fortunes grow together. And when the applause fades, one haunting question rises in that silence: “What was it all for?” Meet the Man Who’s Changing That Silence Into Strength Abhishek Srivastava  isn’t a typical coach. He’s the quiet force behind emotionally aligned families in India’s most powerful circles—industrial dynasties, startup moguls, and globally dispersed Indian households who seem to have it all… but struggle to feel it all. His story doesn’t begin in power. It begins in pain. A dying father’s whisper— “How will you do?” —became the ignition point of Abhishek’s life purpose. That question didn’t just haunt him. It redefined him. Today, Abhishek Builds Legacies You Can Feel Over the past decade, Abhishek has built a discreet and deeply respected coaching practice that focuses on emotional mastery , not as a buzzword, but as a blueprint. His core belief? Wealth without emotional safety is a hollow legacy. And so, he steps into boardrooms, beach houses, and family retreats—not with advice, but with a method. A method that helps the high-achieving find something they lost along the way: Trust. Connection. Inner quiet. Why The Rich & Responsible Are Turning To Him His clients don’t come with goals. They come with confessions: “I don’t know how to talk to my teenage son anymore.” “We built everything, but my wife and I hardly speak.” “My daughter’s abroad. I feel like I’ve lost her.” And they leave with breakthroughs. Not in years. Often in weeks. Because Abhishek works at the root, not the surface. His signature Emotional Transformation Model  is built around three human-first, judgment-free pillars: Emotional Alignment  – so people feel safe expressing who they are. Generational Clarity  – so no one is walking on eggshells. Relational Repair  – so healing replaces holding on. The result? Families don’t just talk again. They feel heard .Marriages don’t just continue. They reconnect .Success doesn’t just shine. It feels safe. This Isn’t Therapy. It’s Real-Time Family Transformation. Abhishek isn’t a therapist. He’s a guide.A translator of emotional languages for those who thought they were too late. He doesn’t ask clients to meditate for hours or dive into childhood trauma. He offers real, respectful, and rapid clarity  for those who carry the burden of success alone. “When your family is emotionally aligned,” he says,“ Everything else flows effortlessly. ” Why This Matters Now More Than Ever If you're a leader, founder, or legacy-builder—this message is for you: Success doesn't have to cost silence.Affluence doesn’t have to mean alienation. And love doesn’t have to be lost in the chase. If you’re ready to stop “managing” emotions and start mastering  them— Start with a conversation. No forms. No filters. Just presence. 📱 Message Abhishek directly on WhatsApp🔗 Visit www.coachabhishek.com Because your legacy should feel as good as it looks.

  • COWE Inaugurates 20th Aveksha Day Care Centre in Hyderabad, Strengthening Support for Working Mothers

In a powerful demonstration of its commitment to inclusive growth and gender empowerment, the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India (COWE) inaugurated its 20th Aveksha Day Care Centre in the heart of Hyderabad’s Technocrat Industrial Estate, Balanagar. Designed as a free facility for the children of industrial workers and underprivileged families, this new centre continues COWE’s mission to bridge the childcare gap for working women in India’s unorganised and semi-organised sectors. Strategically located within the premises of KRSSTJ Integrated Technologies, the centre was formally inaugurated by Dr. G Babu Rao, International Director, Association of Lions Clubs International. The ceremony saw the presence of esteemed dignitaries including GR Surya Raj, Chairman of KN MIS Service Society; Mr. Vishweshwar Rao Japala, President of Technocrats Association; and COWE’s visionary Founder Directors, Ms. Uma Ghurka and Ms. Madhu Tyagi. Dr. Babu Rao lauded COWE’s ongoing efforts to empower working women and announced a personal commitment of ₹60,000 per year for five years to support the centre's running costs—a gesture mirrored by another philanthropic member of the Lions community. In a further show of solidarity, industrialist and senior Lion member J. Jaganmohan Reddy waived rental fees for the 500 sq. ft. space, contributing what would otherwise have amounted to ₹25,000 per month. Mr. Japala also pledged continued assistance for the centre’s daily operations, underscoring the collective effort behind this initiative. Operating from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, the centre is tailored to care for 20 children aged between 6 months and 6 years. Located in one of Hyderabad’s oldest and busiest industrial estates—home to more than 250 units and over 10,000 workers—the facility provides a critical support system for working mothers, many of whom lack access to safe, affordable childcare. “While the rich can afford daycare and preschools, poor industrial workers have no such option. Aveksha bridges this gap—and it’s completely free,” remarked Ms. Uma Ghurka, highlighting the centre’s role in levelling the playing field for women in the workforce. COWE’s Aveksha model is already transforming lives across Telangana and beyond. Of the 20 centres launched so far, nine are situated in industrial colonies, six in urban bastis, and four at construction sites—directly benefiting nearly 450 first-time working mothers and generating employment for 50 women in the process. Each centre spans between 800 and 1,000 sq. ft., and is staffed by a trained caregiver, an Aayamma (helper), and a security guard, ensuring both nurturing care and strict safety protocols. Regular training and monitoring reinforce quality and accountability. Aveksha, meaning "care" in Sanskrit, is more than just a daycare network—it is COWE’s Mother’s Day gift to working mothers across India. The initiative, supported by the SIDBI Foundation, has received operational funding to sustain 20 such centres. The collaboration also reflects COWE’s broader goal of building sustainable, women-led ecosystems in both entrepreneurial and social sectors. In a touching moment during the inauguration, new slates were gifted to the children enrolled at the centre—symbolising not just early learning, but the beginning of equitable opportunities. Ms. Ghurka extended heartfelt thanks to IALA and various industry associations, whose support has been instrumental in bringing these centres to life. With 1,800 women entrepreneurs across 12 states, COWE continues to champion empowerment with purpose. Through Aveksha, it is not only providing working mothers with peace of mind, but also setting a new benchmark in corporate social responsibility and grassroots impact.

  • Mayaa SH shares a cryptic letter On Call To Action For those Undergoing Separation

The Bend Is Not The End: Trauma of Separation – The Emotional Journey of Divorce... Mayaa SH, a prominent Indian poetess, essayist, and social activist, has been a vocal advocate for women's empowerment and social justice. She recognises the challenges both men and women face about marriage and divorce, and believes that education and self-belief are essential for addressing these issues. Her work emphasises the importance of challenging outdated beliefs and fostering an environment where women can thrive, regardless of their marital status. Mayaa SH stresses that empowering women to make choices about their lives, including the decision to leave a marriage, is crucial for healthier families and communities. She advocates for reforms in matrimonial laws that prioritise gender equality and promote legal awareness among women. Divorce is a significant life transition, often accompanied by emotional, financial, and social challenges. Individuals navigating divorce may experience grief, stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. The impact extends beyond the individuals directly involved, affecting children, extended family, and social networks. In her cryptic letter, Mayaa SH concludes with a call to action, urging citizens to challenge their own biases, support those going through divorce, and work towards creating a more accepting and understanding society. Mayaa SH emphasises the need to dismantle the stigma surrounding divorce and advocate for women's empowerment. She believes that divorce should be viewed as a personal choice reflecting an individual's pursuit of happiness and fulfilment. She highlights that many women are trapped in unhealthy relationships due to societal pressures and fear of judgment. Mayaa SH emphasises the importance of educating both men and women about the realities of divorce to dispel myths and foster empathy. She advocates for integrating mental health resources into family law proceedings to support individuals during the emotional transition of divorce. Mayaa SH views divorce not as a failure, but as a personal choice that reflects an individual's pursuit of happiness and fulfilment. She recognises that societal pressures and outdated beliefs often trap individuals in unhealthy relationships, affecting their mental health and limiting their potential. Her advocacy centers on creating an environment where women can thrive, irrespective of their marital status. Separation from your loved one is not just the termination of a relationship. It includes many life-sharing and heartfelt moments that you have spent and made with your partner. Sudden divorces have an influence on your mental health in the form of panic attacks, anxiety, and depression, and they can shake your sense of identity, stability, and career. Feeling guilty after marriage frequently leads to divorce regarding love, care, and luxury for the couple. In today’s generation, the most typical reason for separation is that you ignore your partner, do not spend time with them, and do not provide the luxury they desire. The effects of divorce trauma can be far-reaching, leading to emotional, mental, and physical strain. Divorce can disrupt a person's routines, identity, and sense of security. It can lead to significant personal changes and feelings of failure, abandonment, and betrayal. Post-traumatic stress symptoms that may arise in the aftermath of a divorce or separation include overly negative thoughts, exaggerated self-blame, decreased interest in activities, feeling isolated, irritability, paranoia, risky behaviour, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty sleeping. It is also normal to experience symptoms of grief after a divorce, which might be a form of traumatic grief, characteristic of prolonged grief disorder. Healing from your separation trauma is a long process. Post-traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD) is a long-term condition that requires the assistance of a professional to identify. The end of a relationship may also have an impact on your children’s mental health. Anger issues are also one of the factors that influence divorce decisions. Research says divorce is a horrible and stressful experience, especially for women. Some researchers refer to "post-dissolution PTSS" (post-traumatic stress symptoms), characterised by the re-experiencing of symptoms, including intrusive thoughts or dreams about the dissolution and avoidance behaviours. "If a person goes through an acrimonious, drawn-out, expensive, time-consuming, and lifestyle-altering divorce... it can lead to debilitating symptoms of anxiety in which PTSD takes root." These symptoms can manifest as flashbacks, making it difficult for a person to move on. Divorce is difficult for children as well, and high-conflict divorces increase the risk of PTSD symptoms in children. Symptoms in children can include emotional outbursts, separation anxiety, weight changes, nightmares, and social withdrawal. Parents can help reduce the damaging impacts of divorce by focusing on a non-adversarial approach to ending the marriage. Certain risk factors appear to make some people more likely to develop a diagnosis of PTSD after a divorce or separation, such as in cases that involve intimate partner abuse, exposure to a serious threat of injury, or death. A history of past trauma is also a risk factor for developing PTSD post-divorce. Lack of social support is another factor that can increase a person's risk for divorce trauma. The stigma surrounding divorce needs to be removed because it can lead to negative emotional consequences, poor decision-making, and a lack of support for those going through this life transition. Removing the stigma around divorce can have numerous benefits. By normalizing divorce, we can create a more supportive environment for those going through it. This can be achieved by using respectful and empathetic language when discussing divorce, sharing stories of personal growth and resilience, and encouraging open conversations about the experience. Mayaa SH emphasizes the need to dismantle the stigma surrounding divorce and advocate for women's empowerment. She believes that divorce should be viewed as a personal choice reflecting an individual's pursuit of happiness and fulfillment. She highlights that many men and women are trapped in unhealthy relationships due to societal pressures and fear of judgment. "The removal of the stigma surrounding divorce, recognising the negative emotional consequences, poor decision-making, and lack of support that can result in trauma. The need to create a more supportive environment by using respectful and empathetic language, sharing stories of resilience, and encouraging open conversations about the experience is necessary. Educating both men and women about the realities of divorce to dispel myths and foster empathy. Promoting legal awareness and access to resources to empower men and women to assert their rights effectively during divorce proceedings is a mandate. The importance of self-belief and independence for men and women to regain their self-worth and self-respect, and to be financially independent to make informed decisions, leads to owning one's journey, taking full ownership of the story, decisions, and path, regardless of how others see it is a need of the hour.." Mayaa SH's vision encompasses empowering every woman through dreams, education, challenging stereotypes, and fostering collective responsibility within communities. Her advocacy aims not only at individual empowerment but also at systemic changes necessary for achieving gender equality. She envisions a world where every woman is empowered to realize her potential, contributing positively to society through education, leadership, and self-belief. Dear Citizens Of The Country, I am writing this letter to offer my support during the difficult time of all those passing through a phase. I understand that going through a divorce is an incredibly challenging experience, filled with a range of emotions and complex decisions. I want to express my empathy and let those know that "You Are Not Alone." The divorce process itself can be overwhelming. It involves legal procedures, financial considerations, and emotional adjustments. It's important to understand the basics of the process, including filing requirements and the different types of divorce (uncontested vs. contested). Seeking legal advice from a qualified attorney is crucial to understand your rights and obligations. You can also consider resources like online platforms that offer guidance and support throughout the process, which provides resources and articles to help navigate the divorce process. Divorce often brings a mix of emotions, including sadness, anger, and uncertainty. It's essential to acknowledge these feelings and allow yourself time to process them. Consider seeking support from friends, family, or a therapist. A therapist can provide a safe space to explore your emotions and develop coping strategies. Remember that this is a temporary phase, and there is a future beyond divorce. Focus on self-care, set realistic goals, and build a support system. Embrace new opportunities and allow yourself to heal and grow. Consider exploring mediation as a way to reach agreements on financial settlements and other issues. Mediation can be a more convenient and less expensive way to resolve disputes compared to going to court. Financial mediation can help you negotiate a fair financial settlement with your spouse without going to court. Sincerely, Mayaa I am here to support you in any way I can. Schools there promote ecological responsibility and harmony with nature from an early age — ideals that resonate with India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. “This collaboration is a meaningful step towards shaping compassionate, globally aware, and emotionally intelligent learners,” said Dr. Shirgave. “We believe these shared best practices will help foster more inclusive, mindful, and value-rich classrooms in India.” The educational journey and embassy meetings were expertly organized with the assistance of Mr. Dhaval Apte, whose support was instrumental in ensuring the success of the visit. This initiative marks a significant milestone in strengthening India–Bhutan educational ties — a partnership built on mutual respect, cultural integrity, and a shared vision for future-ready, happy learners.

  • RCB 2025: Not just Challengers anymore. Champions too

After 18 years of heartbreak, near-misses, and a label that clung a little too tightly—"always the entertainers, never the champions"—Royal Challengers Bengaluru finally changed the script. On a heady summer night at the Narendra Modi Stadium, they claimed their first IPL title, defeating Punjab Kings by six gripping runs in the 2025 final. The scoreboard told a tale of balance: 190 for 9 from RCB, 184 for 7 in reply by PBKS. But the real story was written in grit, redemption, and decades of hope carried by fans who never gave up. Kohli Leads, Without Leading It was fitting that Virat Kohli , the face of RCB for nearly two decades, played a central role. His 43 off 35 wasn’t a blitz, but a captain’s knock in spirit—steady, calculated, and fired by the weight of years. Stripped of the captaincy and free from its burdens, Kohli seemed to channel every past disappointment into disciplined focus. He wasn’t alone. Rajat Patidar , captaining RCB this season, showed tactical maturity beyond his years. Coach Andy Flower  and Director of Cricket Mo Bobat  stitched together a team with purpose—adding finishers, stabilizers, and bowlers with ice in their veins. Bowling Wins Championships The unsung hero? Krunal Pandya , whose figures of 2 for 17 in four overs turned the tide in the final. With Punjab closing in, his wickets of Prabhsimran and Rilee Rossouw choked the chase and left too much to do in the death. Josh Hazlewood  and Bhuvneshwar Kumar , both seasoned international bowlers, delivered tight lines under pressure. Hazlewood ended the season with 22 wickets, his best return in IPL yet. Bhuvneshwar, often under the radar, conceded just 8 in the final over with 11 needed—a masterclass in control. Season in Review: From Consistency to Command This wasn’t a flash in the pan. RCB: Finished 2nd in the league stage Won all their away games —an IPL first Topped metrics in dot balls and death-over economy (8.1) Their fielding, long a liability, became a weapon. Phil Salt  and Will Jacks  threw themselves at everything. Jitesh Sharma , behind the stumps, notched 20 dismissals. And Kohli? He scored 657 runs across the season. No Orange Cap, but a platinum presence. Post-Match Tears and Tweets As cameras panned to Kohli post-match—arms lifted, eyes moist—it was clear this wasn’t just a win. It was release. “Tonight, I’ll sleep like a baby,” he said. Even Vijay Mallya , the team’s original owner, chimed in from afar: “When I signed Kohli in 2008, I always knew this day would come. So proud of this team.” Not Just Challengers, But Champions From being the league's nearly-men to finally lifting the trophy, RCB’s win was a triumph of belief over doubt . It was a moment when the loudest crowd in the IPL could finally celebrate not just loyalty—but legacy. In cricketing circles, dynasties are built not in one win, but what follows. If the cohesion and strategy of this 2025 squad is any clue, RCB may have only just begun. For Bengaluru’s faithful, who’ve waited nearly two decades, this headline is sweeter than any chant: “ RCB: IPL Champions. ”
