- Vedix launches Base + Booster customized for hair range
India’s largest Ayurvedic customised beauty tech brand Vedix announces the launch of base + booster oils to address 360-degree hair concerns. Vedix is the fastest-growing D2C beauty brand, which has brought unadulterated Ayurveda led customisation of beauty regimes to the market. The Company has also launched a digital marketing campaign to introduce this latest innovation. Vedix Base and Booster oils take customization a notch above. The brand firmly believes in customizing all its products based on individual needs. Customization is inherent to Ayurveda. Over the years, Vedix has strived to address hair and skin problems with tailor-made customized solutions. Ayurveda knows no two individuals are the same. Thus, offering the exact solution to seemingly similar hair troubles is not the best way to heal an individual. The very first thing Ayurveda does is to: know you . The subtle, fine-tuned customizations done by evaluating an individual in their entirety make Ayurvedic products unique and compelling. The Base oils are a blend of high-quality cold-pressed oils like coconut, sesame, castor, argan, jojoba, etc. The base oils are customized based on your scalp type. Vata dosha results in a dry scalp. Pitta dominants may have sensitive, oily scalp. Kapha dosha causes a sweaty, oily, and itchy scalp. The Base oils being a perfect blend, help alleviate the doshas, and nurture your unique scalp type. A healthy scalp translates into healthy, voluminous hair growth. Vedix Boosters are potent herbal extracts. Traditional Taila Paka Vidhi is employed to maximize the yield of the extracts in oils. Each herb has a broad spectrum of active principles, which are often soluble in various mediums like oil, water, milk, and alcohol. Taila-Paka Vidhi involves using various media to absorb maximum active principles in the end product. Each herb targets a specific hair problem. You can choose up to 3 boosters for your most encountered hair problems. The available boosters are Amalaki booster oil, Bringaraj booster oil, Brahmi booster oil, Durva booster oil, Japa booster oil, Gunja booster oil, Yashtimadhu booster oil, Datura booster oil, Nirgundi booster oil, Methika booster oil, Musta booster oil and more to be launched soon. Vedix base plus booster range is now live on top marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Purplle and Trell. Jatin Gujrati, Business Head - Vedix , says, “We at Vedix believe that we are the true inheritors of the 5000-year-old Ayurvedic legacy of Vagbhata & Charak and are blessed by Dhanvantri. Given our understanding of the Ayurvedic scriptures, we are bringing this exclusive range in a modern format customised for all hair types.” Here’s how it works. For eg. If your hair concerns are greying, hair regrowth and revitalising scalp. Take Amla (for greying), Bhringraj (for hair growth) and Durva (for revitalizing the scalp). Mix this in the base oil that suits your scalp and hair type, supplied in highly convenient and thoughtful packaging. Et Voila! Your perfectly customized hair oil is ready, targeting your specific needs. “With base and booster oils, one is cutting out all the unnecessary frou-frou that a generic product may have. Instead, you have a potent concoction that is exactly what your hair needs”, adds Jatin. A bass booster is 30 times more potent than regular hair oil. And perhaps 100% more effective, because it’s exactly what your hair needs. Vedix with a current run rate of Rs 160 crore, adds close to one lakh new customers every month. With the launch of the base + booster model, the company aims to witness at least 20% growth in the new customer additions m-o-m. Of this, a majority is expected to come from the marketplaces. In future, this model could be taken Offline. Price: Base oil: Rs 499 Booster: Rs 299 Can be bought separately or together About Vedix: World’s first customized Ayurvedic beauty & wellness brand Vedix is an Ayurvedic beauty & wellness brand that provides customised Hair, Skincare, and Wellness regimes. Vedix’s unique proposition is to curate products to suit each individual’s ¬body characteristics, as identified by their doshas. The core of Vedix is the Tridosha theory of Ayurveda. - The unexpected winners of the T20 World Cup - Australia
The world has witnessed Australia's domination in the gentleman's game. However, no one predicted the T20 world cup 2021 winner to be Aussies before the start of the tournament. Every cricket fan was considering India and England as the favourites for the world cup. But proving all of them wrong, the 5 times ODI world champions and 2 times Champions trophy winners clinched their first T20 world cup title, following their long wait of 14 years. Author:- Ashwin Jangam (Cricket Analyst, host, poet, entertainer) Insta I'd:- cricket_creativity The Kangaroos reminded the world of what they possess. Before this tournament, they lost the last 4 T20 series they played, the last one being against Bangladesh which they lost with a huge margin of 4-1. It was therefore not expected from them to win this tournament. But, Aussies always have surprises for their countrymen and cricket fans. They started the tournament on a good note beating South Africa in a close encounter, and they followed it by winning against Sri Lanka in the next game. The 3rd game against England was the only encounter they lost in the entire tournament, where they were thrashed by the English team. But they resurrected in the best possible manner by a ruthless display of batting and bowling against Bangladesh, winning the game comfortably and increasing their NRR. The last game of Super 12 against West Indies also resulted in a victory for the Men in Yellow. Aussies qualified with a better NRR, even though they had the same number of wins as Proteas. And they were unleashed thereafter. Proving their team's dominance yet again, they won against Pakistan in the semi-final in one of the most enthralling encounters one can witness. A seemingly impossible task at the end, with 41 required off 18 balls was accomplished by the Aussies with 6 balls to spare, thanks to Matthew Wade and his heroics (also to Hassan Ali's dropped catch). It was a replica of the 2010 world cup semifinal of Aussies against the same opponent where Mr cricket won the game for Kangaroos. The final match was a replica of the 2015 world cup final, the only difference being the fightback and a good total score by the Kiwis. Winning the toss, Aussies chose to bowl. Barring a sensational knock from the Kiwi skipper Kane Williamson, the Black Caps didn't go hard at the Kangaroos. A total of 173 set by the Kiwis, was comfortably chased by Men in Yellow with Warner and Mitchell Marsh contributing to the win with their half-centuries. The final reverse sweep by Glenn Maxwell sealed the things for Aussies, winning them the first T20 world title. The entire tournament had been a collective team effort. David Warner, who had a forgettable IPL, showed the world his class yet again and was one of the major reasons for the rise of Aussies with his batting. He was very well accompanied by Mitchell Marsh in the entire tournament. Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Matthew Wade contributed to the team exactly when it was required for them to win. The Aussie bowling was also impressive throughout the tournament. Adam Zampa, with his spin, was on the top of the chart of wickets for Aussies, scalping wickets when required and getting a 5-wicket haul against Bangladesh. He was very well complimented by the spearhead Starc, Josh Hazelwood, Patrick Cummins. All in all, the team effort of the Aussies was the major reason for their successful campaign. Maybe in near future, one can find aliens, but one will never find an Australian team not giving fightback to their opposition. The fighting spirit of the Aussies and their intent aid their optimism to reach Australian cricket to glory. This is exactly why, the team which was not even considered as a favourite until the final eventually won it and surprised everyone, including their fans. This was the first T20 world cup for Kangaroos, who knows how many more are to come in the future? Only time will tell.

She enthusiastically introduced the Trainer of the eve, Ms Yvonne Dalorto and began with praising her work. She added that ‘Progress isn’t always measured on paper’. The only special need for everyone is to be loved and accepted just the way we are. Ms Yvonne Dalorto started by stating that she is a teacher and she always thinks that ‘Despite however much we think we know, there’s always much more to know. She added that she would be giving everyone a perspective on the journey of a child, so that if we get it right at the beginning what a BIG difference it could make. She mentioned the new NEP (National Education Policy) being introduced in India and added that this would bring a more inclusive reflection of learning. She continued that she loves sharing information and began the conversation-starting from pre-pandemic to post-pandemic. She asked the audience to contribute about the losses as well as what one has gained from the pandemic. She mentioned that as a teacher she gained contact with teachers and students whom she might have never been able to reach out to and missed her presence in the classroom. She highlighted that with those children with disabilities, we as a teacher have to be more concerned and there are many more disorders that limit the attention of the child. The parents of these children take more time to accept and sometimes it becomes very late. Such children are easily distracted and have a short attention span. They face difficulty with understanding the language, concepts, vocabulary and may have difficulty in social interaction and behaviour. She shared a slide that require special learning styles. She added that in this pandemic time, children were majorly receptive and open to online options only. With the "VAK – Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic” module she stated that every individual is using one or more than one learning style to understand. If we as a teacher do not understand and use different modes of learning style then we would have children failing to understand and hence losing attention and participation in the classroom. With the help of a slide presentation, she contented ‘Why teaching in a multisensory way works’ and said that all children benefit from multisensory instruction to stimulate learning pathways. However, the use of multisensory instruction is critical for a child who struggles to learn; almost always making the difference between success and failure. She said 70% of learning happens by what we speak. The connections of nerve cells help us in kinesthetic activities as left and right sides of the brain and both sides bring out our logical and imaginative process. What we see and what we hear makes a story connection. During her session, she also talked about: The letter is not made understood in time, the child may mirror the image or miss out on the kinesthetic module. How children learn letter shapes, manage the information, and understand shapes moving ahead from lines. Diagnosis for Dyslexia and strategies required, Do bilingual kids have the same weaknesses in both languages She emphasised Emerging Special Needs, Age and development of children and then observations as this would help teachers as well as the parents to have appropriate information and the methods and strategies the child would need to overcome the lack of skills. At last, Dr Supriya Kumaravelan (Co-chair of Positive Thoughts) gave the vote of thanks to Ms Yvonne Dalorto for giving her precious time on Thunderbolts. - What makes New Zealand such a tough team to beat ?
The finals of the 2019 world cup, WTC and the T20 world cup 2021 have one thing in common, the presence of team New Zealand. The Black caps have made their presence felt in the last half-decade by entering the final in the last 3 ICC events. The team which never qualified in a world cup final till 2015, dominated the ICC events. What is the reason for their domination in world cricket, and what makes New Zealand so special? Author:- Ashwin Jangam (Cricket Analyst, host, poet, entertainer) Insta I'd:- cricket_creativity The answer is simple, their ability to stick to the basics. It is not their brutal bowling or their sensational batting which wins them matches, but it is the discipline with which they play, which leads them to victory. Kiwis follow the basics of the game more than any other cricket playing nation, making them one of the toughest opponents. You'll hardly see any Kiwi bowler targetting line other than the 4th stump. Also, under the leadership of Kane Williamson, the Kiwis have improved tremendously as a batting unit. The Men in Black were never short of power hitters, but the new era under the smiling captain Kane increased their batsmen playing by the book. Every single batsman playing with the Black jersey is technically sound and can win them matches. Plus unlike other Sena countries, Kiwis play spinners exceptionally well. They never had woes when it came to seamers, whether right-handed or left-handed. But their improved performance against spin allows them to perform better in all the conditions. Their performance in Asia from the past half-decade is proof of the same. The IPL has played a vital role in their increased understanding of Asian pitches. With the addition of Devon Conway, the southpaw who hit a magnificent double hundred on his debut at the Lord's, the Kiwi batting looks even stronger. Their batting might have been more technically sounded now, but their bowling was always their strength and has continued to remain even to date. The likes of Trent Boult, Lockie Fergusson, Tim Southee continue to dismantle the opposition batting. Whether it is the swing of Trent, Pace of Lockie or a combination of both by Southee, the Kiwi bowling always follows required discipline to put additional pressure on the opposite batters. The elegance and beauty in their bowling is not a new thing, it was visible from decades of them playing the game. Furthermore, the Kiwis have always produced all-rounders who are good pacers and can finish the game with their hard-hitting. This was visible in the semi-final with James Neesham playing his role with the ball and bat both with perfection. This not just allows them extra bowling options, but gives them great batting depth. They bring the right balance to their squad. But the main reason for their team's success is the calm head of their captain, and one of the best batsmen of this generation, Kane Williamson. The way a smiling assassin has led his team since he took over as captain is just amazing. His ability to rotate the bowlers at the right time and his perfect field placements have proved to be a boon for his team. While leading the side, he has not let his batting go down one bit. , He has played captain innings to help his team to a win on numerous occasions. He is a true gentleman of the game, and his gestures have won the hearts of cricket fans time and again. Everyone was left in admiration of this gentleman when he was seen smiling after the 2019 world cup final defeat. All these factors make the Kiwis one of the toughest sides beat at the moment. A country having a population of about 5 million, have wok hearts of billions of cricket fans across the globe. With so much on their side, one can hope this side to win the world cup, and become the first team to win 2 ICC trophies in a single year. It happens, it will be a treat for the fans. They have a great chance to avenge their 2015 world cup final defeat today, but while doing so, they should never underestimate the Aussies.

Sidharth and Fatima imbibe this vibe as even after seeing highs and the lows of their profession, they followed their belief system and have won a billion hearts with their sheer hard work and never change, don’t give up attitude. Prabhkiran Singh, Founder CEO, Bewakoof, says, “We are the market leaders in the fashion industry and have built our business without any godfathers. When we thought of rolling out our new campaign centred around Never Change, Sid and Fatima were our obvious choice because, as a brand, we identify with them. In our early days, we were ridiculed for our brand name, business model but we didn't change nor did we give up. As a brand, we see these disruptive qualities in both Sid and Fatima.” Sidharth Malhotra, who is fresh from Shershah success, is known for his layered acting which translates into strong storytelling. His dedication to his craft has led him to make a name for himself in the Hindi film industry. Sidharth represents the aspirations of the youth with a clear message that if you believe in something, follow your approach with grit and rigour, you will emerge a winner. On his association with Bewakoof, he says, “Bewakoof has uber-cool clothes which you can easily add to your wardrobe. It was a fun collaboration & friendly Masti vibe wearing their quirky outfits." Fatima, who started her career with cameos, won well-deserved accolades for her work in Dangal. She has been unstoppable since then. Her work in multi-starrers like Ludo, Suraj pe Mangal Bhari and Ajeeb Dastans, prove that she can stand her ground even among some of the most successful actors just like Bewakoof stands tall among other D2C brands in India. Commenting on her engagement with Bewakoof, Fatima says, “Bewakoof’s journey has been similar to mine. This got me interested in associating with the brand as I could identify with the expressions, language and styling they promote. The comfort level with the brand and the products that I tried won me over.” Get ready for a lot of Bewakoofi with Sid and Fatima. - Meet Achiever Of The week - Dr. Pramod Kumar Rajput
We are glad to declare Dr Pramod Kumar Rajput as Positive Thoughts Achiever of the Week who shared his words to narrate the success story “From Nowhere to Now Here”. Dr. Pramod Kumar Rajput is an "Advisory Board Member of Positive Thoughts" Born on the 9th day of April in the year 1964 in a small city of Uttar Pradesh, Gorakhpur, I had no idea that one day I would end up being the senior-most official in an Indian multinational pharma company who would travel and lead people around the globe. I was blessed with very hardworking and loving parents who instilled the values of discipline. Time management and hard work into me. My maternal grandfather had also a very huge impact on me. With his care, folklores and religious stories, he added the values like determination, dedication and truthfulness to my young mind. My childhood was marked by the lovely memories of the wonderful days I spent at the school which happened to be North Eastern Railway Senior Secondary School. I still remember the classrooms and huge ground it had. My school was one of the best schools in Gorakhpur and the bonds which I created, the friends which I got during my school time are still very near and precious to me and I still keep cherishing them as Still our group meet once a year at different destinations. I started playing different games in my school time which helped me gain physical as well as mental strength. I have been College champion in the games like Kho-Kho, Chess and Badminton. Life during my childhood was simple. We were allotted Railway Quarters and we lived in Railway medical colony where I spent the majority of my childhood till I entered into professional life. Everyone in our colony lived peacefully and with the emotions of togetherness. I don’t remember my parents closing the doors of our house ever during the daytime. The most memorable time here was the festivities. Be it any festival of any religion -We all used to celebrate it together with a lot of participation and enthusiasm. This helped me become a global citizen and we all respected the virtues of all the religions and ethnicity and a very important virtue which is - “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam” was realised in the true sense. Talking about festivities - I still remember during the times of Diwali, it was my job to distribute sweets to the entire neighbourhood which were prepared by my mother. I realised the value of money, negotiation and bargaining skills by a very practical the lesson was given to me by my parents. It was my duty to buy vegetables and fruits for the family on a given budget. I have always taken any responsibility given to me with full serious intent and every time I used to walk miles to get the best vegetables for my family at lowest price possible. This is how I learned a very important lesson - “ You should not trade comfort with money.” I wanted to change this and there I made up my mind that one day, I will make sure that my family would never have to give up comfort for the money. The roots of hard work and struggles to grow and do something better in my life started from here. It is not life - if it doesn’t feel like a roller coaster ride. And sticking true to the saying, my life had many turns and around. One of which was my decision to drop out of engineering college. Yes, My parents wanted me to become an engineer and as a dutiful son, I started working hard for the entrance and got into one of the best engineering colleges but my inner calling was to do something good for mankind. I never questioned the decision of my parents but the inner me was not allowing me to deviate from the path which I thought true for me and to the shock of everyone, 45 days after joining the engineering college, I left the course. It simply did not match the inner true calling of doing something good, something better and different than the set routine. This was the first independent decision that I had taken and As you can see now, I have done pretty well with myself for that decision. The path to self-realization is always hard and filled with struggle, I remember that my parents stopped talking to me for 2-3 days for this decision of mine but I believed in my self and I convinced them also to believe in myself and the rest is the history because the fact that this is my own decision - gives me more power to honour it and bring it to a successful reality. So, what did I do after leaving engineering? I found something very interesting and something which was doing directly good to the people of society - The profession of Medicine. The profession of explaining the science of medicine to the doctors and the patients and bringing the latest advances of science which will save lives of billions to the market. Yes, the job of Medical Representative. One day, during my visit to the doctor, I saw a doctor thanking a medical representative about how their medicine helped him save the ife of a really close patient of that doctor. I realised at that moment that the doctor diagnoses the condition but the depiction of medicine can be given by a medical representative. I was so fascinated by the science of the body and medicine that I decided to become a representative. It was one of the best jobs where we get the satisfaction of saving lives and we also get the satisfaction of learning new things every day about medicines and the human body. I joined Cadila Laboratories as a medical representative and who better can teach you about biology than doctors? I decided to meet them, develop relationships with them and learn from them. Trust me, if you have an honest desire of learning - you will never be denied the knowledge. Doctors were my customers but still, they never said no to teaching me. Another important thing I learnt was the fact that communication is the key to success. As a person, I communicated very well and I talked with everyone. I tried to learn from everyone and that is how, I could gain the trust of everyone. I used to retrospect a lot about what I could have done better and how can I learn from my failure as well, how I can make sure that I would never repeat the same mistake again. Instead of making this job a tool for earning, I made it a tool for learning. I learned a lot, I observed a lot. 70% of my learning came from observation. During my calls to doctor, I used to keenly observe what were the requirements of my clients. I always maintained eye contact and I maintained perfect body language as it is also a key element in approaching customers. I worked hard and smart with 100% dedication and that attitude of mine bore fruit as I started gaining good results for my company. I always approached consequences with humbleness and never let arrogance take the hold of my mind. Amalgamation of all these good attributes created a the flower of success and my hard work and sweat started giving sweet smell - I started to be recognised as winner in all the competition of my organization and they called me - “ The Rajput of Cadila.” The journey had just yet started and it was not going to be an easy bed of roses. But, the God has decided to double my strength and in the mid way of my life - I met the strength of my life - My wife, Ritu. Ritu is the rightly entitled queen of the palace of my heart. I was lucky enough to meet her at one of my cousin’s wedding and it was love at first sight for me. She was and will always remain the queen of my heart and I will always love her until the last moment of my life. As a person, she brought a fresh air in my life. The speeding prince of roads who was always chasing targets, got a new direction and vision in my life. My wife brought out the best in me. We always help each other but she has helped me more than I can ever imagine. I will always be in-debt to her because she is the one who took care of every aspect of my family life and in turn helped me to give my 24X7 to my profession. As I took on the duty of earning money, she took on even more important responsibility - Raising 2 beautiful children to be good and successful humans. We moved from Gorakhpur to Agra then to Lucknow as I started gaining ranks in same organisation Cadila. From Lucknow, I was transferred to Bangalore as I had been given responsibility to handle the entire South, I was then again promoted to Mumbai and then from Mumbai, seeing my contribution to build business and team , I was chosen to handle big responsibilities - From Ahmedabad Head office itself. In my organisation launched many brands, Multiple Divisions & converted them as block buster brands & arrow head divisions from acute to chronic therapy. I was felicitated with many awards during my tenure of work at Cadila Pharma. Believe me, If my wife would not have followed and supported me happily everywhere, if she would not have made every house home for me, I don’t think this journey would have been possible. I was busy satisfying my hunger of success, fulfilling the given responsibilities at various desired levels, through learning and achieving, but my wife, A real Annapoorna, was always there waiting for, sitting on the dining table, not eating anything until I come home and have food whenever I was in my HQ. The most important factor started from the time I got married which was - Work life Balance. I can’t let my wife handle everything while I carelessly work late. I feel the most important thing in a person’s life is happiness. Happiness brings peace and peace brings gratitude, which helps a person to progress in life. I always tried the journey of my life happy for my wife, my children and for my parents. My parents were my role model and I always wanted to be the same for my children. My wife has given her everything into raising them both to be the most compassionate and kind children I have ever seen. I have seen them behaving mature at the age when they should be behaving like a child and along with their IQ, we both as parents, have contributed into their EQ also. Today, proudly I can say that we both are blessed parents of successful and kind children. There are some important learning from my life which I would like you all to think on are For Professional Growth - The Attitude of the person should be positive The person should be ready to learn and should be a dedicated and determined person One should be accountable with good collaborative approach One should be an effective communicator and one should work towards customer delight both within the organization as well as beyond the organization There should be no procrastination and if the change is required, the same should be implemented immediately. Build Leaders to March Ahead Keep updating as Knowledge is an Asset While keeping the instinct of Learning, I completed my MBA, Marketing & Executive Leadership Development Program from IIM, Ahmedabad. Also did 24 certification courses from all leading International Universities across the world like Leeds University, London, University of Michigan, (University of Queen's land, Deakin University, CK University) Australia, College of Law, Samsung & Accenture on the various subject including Massachusetts Medical Society & Harvard Medical School USA. Completed “Train the Trainer –Level 3 & Advance Level 3” from Learning without walls apart from completing Diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) from American Board of NLP Also completed my Certification in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Business School, Boston Completed Diploma in Project Management on Leadership & Team Development, Change Management & Risk Management from International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany This year I became the Member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square MLE℠ During the time of COVID, as the leader of my company and my team I ensured that every team member understands their responsibility towards customers, Organisation as well towards their families. The medicines are vital for mankind’s survival and thus, we have to be on the front line and here, I saw my dream - my dream of helping people calling me again in a literal sense. We never wasted a moment, we started physical, worked side by side with doctors and healthcare workers. We made sure that even darkest corner of the country should be equipped with the life saving drugs of our company. We educated the employees and their families about Covid-19 and the steps to be taken to prevent it. With God’s grace, most of our employees were safe while working. While this invisible threat was there, I took the opportunity to learn new things and contribute more to society. I delivered many lectures and many talks virtually to many students in many universities apart from multiple forums at various levels from Professionals to Home makers to Educators across the Globe. I was honoured with 3 honorary doctorates for my services to the business and literature. I have become a board member of various institutes and chairperson of various universities. I have been made secretary and member of various international institutions and multinational firms. I have become an ambassador of various global initiatives. The journey of my life is filled with learning and turning challenges into opportunities continues and looking back at the journey, I feel that it is just has started. Life goes on and on and the journey of learning and the journey of contributing to others life continues with Humility, Humanity filled with Compassion that too without compromising the prime responsibility of my organisation Cadila. if you want to interact with me on LinkedIn, here's the link https://www.linkedin.com/in/pkrajput99
- 'Unleashing your Authentic Leadership' - Marketing Strategy!- Arunima Jha
LinkedIn for me has been a really interesting development in my career. It gives me the ability to talk to so many people. I got LinkedIn during my law school but I treated it more like an online resume. I have recently started blogging about my personal stories and slowly I have started building an audience. Now, what I realised is that in the world of the internet which is overloaded with varying opinions and spin, it becomes harder to distinguish between what's authentic and what's not. It's the science of psychology and you may ask why authenticity matters? Now being real is important for building relationships, creating meaningful conversation and innovation. It's about being your best self. It's about constantly evolving. The underlying reality is that the drive of being authentic and being the best version of ourselves is also dependent on the work environment. Those innate positive vibes at your workplace will also help you grow. We need to adapt and while we all have unique ways of armouring ourselves, you need to find out what makes you happy? What matters to you? What's your moment of authenticity? Those moments are inextricably laid to the practice of authenticity and that's why authenticity is important. There are two key aspects of being authentic - 1) what matters? 2) we must summon our courage when it matters. Those are our defining moments of an authentic life. As a lawyer, I try to stay relevant and I do that by talking about topics that interest people. I don't want to restrict myself as an industry sales rep. I believe in being a human being. I have always emphasized that when you be a human while interacting on social media, even though your potential clientele might not need you right now but your name, for sure, would come to their mind when they are looking for someone to resolve their problems. Don't fall for wanting of mimics or trying to replicate someone else's life. You got to figure out what makes your story unique because people are attracted to other people's stories, not corporate stories, but human stories. Remember - "People do business with people they know, like & trust". I have also noticed that we do not realize the scale when we post something online. The scale is tremendous. Traditionally, we lawyers have a narrow view when it comes to marketing. Outside the box, marketing is something that is effective and helps you develop the business and relationships. There's no fixed formula for success, it's all about being passionate about something that's in line with your personality, something that you enjoy. It's all connected. If you enjoy lawyer-entrepreneur topics, you can get in touch with me on LinkedIn. You can find me there as Jha Arunima Esq.
