There are so many such seemingly ordinary individuals amongst us, who have overcome far too many obstacles to stand where they are today. "The World of Blessings" an initiative started by Nanha Gyan Foundation and Sva Eternal is hosting one of a kind award function to recognise and honour such individuals from across India who made their disabilities their strengths and has achieved in the fields of literature, arts, entrepreneurship, science and technology and many more. Almost 30 individuals with various disabilities such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, paralysis, orthopaedic disabilities, visual impairment, Down syndrome, MML etc are being felicitated at the function.
In today's times when Inclusion and Diversity are the talks of the town, there still is a huge gap in the actual implementation of the same. A lot is being spoken and done too, but true inclusion is possible when we give equal rights and opportunities to each one. With Umeed Awards, Rommal Surana, Founder, Nanhaa Gyaan Foundation and Gayatri Chadwa, Founder, Sva Eternal wish to take the first step towards giving that platform to every individual who is making a difference. We believe that no achievement is small, and appreciation and acknowledgement of the same will go a long way. Not only is this our way to encourage these individuals but also a small effort to provide hope for others who are struggling.
At Nanhaa Gyan Foundation we have always worked to help individuals with their holistic development. And focused on their mental well-being through various workshops and services that we provide. Sva Eternal strives to create awareness about mental and emotional well-being, special needs education and human rights for all individuals.
