I am a proud mother of two daughters. if I talk about my journey as a parent it's passed through tough times when my elder daughter was born I was pursuing my studies and at the time of my younger daughter I got my first job and as a wife of an army personal it's difficult to manage all these things at the same time but somehow discipline and management helped me to do things in a meaningful way. Raising two daughters in an unknown city was difficult but I choose to take care of my daughters with my job alone when my husband got his posting in another city. For me parenting is just not to provide them food, clothes education etc its to make them confident, so I help them to learn different skills to make them independent and strong for their life ahead. And I am feeling proud to tell about my daughters that now they are trained classical dancers, models, Taikwando players at the national level, NCC rank holders and many more. Kenyan cricketer Pushkar Sharma stuns the world with 841 runs in just 14 innings of the recently concluded season of Nairobi Provincial Cricket Association(NPCA). Pushkar represented Ruaraka Sports Club side in this 50 overs tournament. He was one of the primer batters of the side and batted at the top of the order. He amassed 841 runs in 14 innings with four centuries and three half-centuries to his name. His score in the tournament is 167* which came in a winning cause. Other than this, he also scores three more centuries and leads his team to a commendable place. He averages 70.08 in the tournament with a strike rate of 97.79. He has hit as many as 104 fours and 9 sixes in the tournament and faced 860 balls. None of the other batters in the tournament is near to Pushkar when it comes to scoring runs in chunks. Sukhdeep Singh of Sikh Union A is the second-highest runscorer of the tournament with 647 runs in 17 matches followed by Dhiren Gondaria of Kanbis A who scored 636 runs in 16 innings. Pune's Komal Mohite Dehadaraya has achieved success in the recent state-level 'Diadem Miss and Mrs Maharashtra 2021' competition held at Vashi. Out of over 1500 applications received from across the state, 32 participants were selected and reached the final round. Out of these 32 participants, 10 qualified for the final round of the competition through traditional round dress, smart dress round and ramp walk with a long gown. Komal was one of the 10 selected contestants and won the title of "Mrs Maharashtra Alluring 2021". Among the activities given during the competition was 'Masik Satya' which was aimed at raising awareness among the deprived and rural women about menstrual hygiene and health. She carried out the highest fundraising activities in this awareness campaign. The journey from an ordinary housewife, mother of one child to the winner of state-level beauty pageant was very interesting and she loves to keep striving to achieve her goals without waiting for miracles to happen, said Komal Mohite Dehadaraya. She will be representing Maharashtra in the national level 'Diadem Miss and Mrs India Legacy' competition to be held next month.

His teammates have often cited him as a team man, who gives every player his required space thereby giving them a chance to prove and improve. His field placements under pressure and his rotation of bowlers make him a great leader of the team. A T20 centurion, and the ODI highest individual scorer, will be leading the Men in Blue in T20's from today when Men in Blue would look to avenge the Black Caps. It's not just Rohit, who has excited the Indians. It's the new head coach of the team, Rahul Dravid who has pumped the adrenaline of Indians. The technically most sound batsman ever to play the game, the former captain of India, the selfless man who did everything out of his comfort zone for Men in Blue, and truly a legend with zero haters would be the guiding the Men in Blue. The visuals of Dravid in the dressing room would be a treat for Indians. His successful stint as the head of NCA has yielded India a lot of positives. The youngsters groomed under him are the stars of Indian cricket. One would only see the bar of Indian cricket rising with Rahul Dravid being the coach of Men in Blue. All in all, the end of the Virat-Shastri era marks the beginning of the Rohit-Dravid era. We all have been subjected to predictive algorithms. So how can we ensure that artificial decision making is respectful of human rights and it does promote human rights? As a lawyer, I worry most about the ethical legal implications of emerging technologies on society. When you allow the software to make life-altering decisions for people it's scary. Are these algorithms better than humans? After all the objective of using algorithms is to remove human biases and help lawyers and judges provide wider access to justice for the common citizens. To understand AI, it's important to demystify pattern-based AI. There's an issue of transparency when I look at AI technology. And as a lawyer, I feel law and ethics inform each other. The trade-off between the two is artificial. The most effective way of ensuring a sound ethical AI is to have human rights protected. In my experience, it's important to have effective legislation but it's also important to have industry self-regulatory bodies to keep a check on the AI to make sure that the intelligent system is fair. So does automating lawyering tasks work? Computers are bad at dealing with contingencies that are outside the data collection and with that as background it is highly unlikely to automate lawyering tasks. Precisely also because the underlying work is insufficiently structured to be automated. Even if we look at the certain aspects of saying a legal brief is certainly consistent across individual instances like introductory or concluding material but much of the meat of the legal brief entails and requires conceptual creativity and flexibility that is beyond the current scope of the machines. There's a complex interplay of law and facts. The facts in question dictate the relevant law but the law tells us which facts are particularly relevant. The use of precedents which becomes second nature for a lawyer makes it exceedingly difficult to automate as the same case can be used to support both the plaintiff and the defendant's case. Making arguments require differentiation between binding holding and the persuasive dicta and also requires placing that one case as the precedents So how to use the technologies effectively? We shouldn't assume that lawyers are perfect but neither should we assume that technology is the only option. In many cases, legal reasoning by individuals for individuals is constitutive of the legal situation and it is not merely the sole way of addressing the legal situation and that may seem circular, however it puts the lawyers in a different category than other service providers and it's amazing.
