TEDxSeasonsStreet brings a pandora box, full of unique research and experiences from 8 incomparable personalities, together to unravel the layers beneath on 7th January 2023 at the Symbiosis Auditorium, Viman Nagar.

That’s precisely why this event’s theme is “Unravel - the layers beneath” where seven very diverse personalities, from different walks of life, excelling in their respective ones, shall enthrall us with their wisdom.

Mayank Arora - From being an engineering college drop-out right from the first year of college to later founding 3 Companies in the Engineering Education Space - Capabl(ETG), AMK Industries & Elite Racing, Mayank's journey has been all about engineering upskilling. Over 10+ years, Mayank has worked with 1.5 Lakh+ Students from 800+ engineering colleges across India and 3 countries to create an ecosystem of industrial skills with real-time projects, and hands-on experience on cutting edge technologies. He represented India at Dubai Expo 2020, got Capabl incubated by NASSCOM, won the All India EdTech Challenge 2021-22 by Amazon Web Services, Niti Aayog Govt. of India, and Atal Innovation Mission, and signed MoU with SAEINDIA.
Kushal Khemani is a 13-year-old lad, on a mission to spread positivity and happiness through his noble deeds. Kushal is a 2nd time TEDx speaker, the author of 3 books, a philanthropist by virtue of training underprivileged kids through his youtube channel ALLSPARK INFINITE, founder of “Sparkx” Animal welfare that rescues and feeds birds and animals, an environmentalist who owns 3DRNOBLE that prints customized 3D products from filaments made of recycle plastic. Through his not-for-profit organization “PANDEMIC HEALTH”, he organizes health check-up camps across India at highly subsidized rates. Not sure if he is born to manage time, he writes a blog on life skills needed to survive in the 21st century, has developed many apps and designed websites to support different causes, and has won many trophies, medals, and certificates in academics and robotics. He loves to solve Rubik’s cube, plays basketball district-level league matches, and competes with himself in golf. By sharing his personal experiences that spiraled his initiatives & thought process, Kushal continues to motivate, inspire and surprise the world.
Dr. Priya Parekh - Founder Director MetoWe mission 2034 working for men's empowerment and gender neutrality since 2019. Dr. Priya Parekh is a renowned Aesthetic Medicine Specialist in Prabhat Road, Pune. She has helped numerous patients in her 15 years of experience as an Aesthetic Medicine Specialist. She is an MBBS from D.Y.Patil.MEA skin and hair clinic in Pune since 2012.
Piyush Rajesh Gupta counts 15+ years of industry-wide experience in areas of Product Management, AI, and Automation. He has worked extensively in Digital Transformation for Media giants like Hindustan Times where the company he has worked on complex projects involving Data, AI, ML, and NLP. Proven experience in planning product vision and strategies and suggesting effective solutions to problems that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. Have nurtured products from inception and grown products. Have handled portfolios ranging from 1 to 100 Cr. Expertise in working with cross-functional teams across the board.
Kala Natrajan is an Author of 4 books and a co-author of 7 books in the field of Education and Literature. She is the founder of the program ‘Empower Yourself’ which transforms people into powerhouses. She is an ex-banker, has an MBA in Finance, and has 30+ corporate experience as well. Her books have been highly appreciated and she has received multiple awards for her work. Her life is a great inspiration to others. She has faced multiple challenges in life yet paved a path for other women to follow. From a person who was herself underconfident, she is now helping others build their self-confidence and self-worth. She is a POWER WOMAN. Her mission is to empower single women thereby making India a better place to live in.
Virendra Nirmalkar is a rags-to-riches Trainer, Engineer, Innovator, Painter, Poet, YouTuber, Radio Host, and Founder. He has witnessed a journey that began from a remote village in India to America. His start-up has helped more than 2000 professionals, students, and entrepreneurs who needed better communication skills. He is a Mechanical Engineer and turned trainer with 13+ years of corporate experience in different electro-mechanical domains. He worked across 7 different countries which made him a cross-culture-competent professional. He has bagged several awards and accolades in different public speaking platforms at higher levels. He is also a president and founder of public speaking clubs. He has created new methods of experiential learning and neurolinguistic programming that make learning unique, quick, and time-efficient for adult learners.
Nidhi Bhandare is an educationist who has been actively teaching and counseling for more than 20 years. She started her career in Panchgani as a freelancer and then moved to Pune as the head of a design institute. At present, she is the regional head of Ignite India. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, a Bachelor of a law degree, and an MBA. Apart from being an educationist and lawyer, she is also the founder of MindLancer, the general secretary of Aagman, a professional writer (published novels and poetry), an interior designer, and a businesswoman, who has carved a niche for herself and received multiple awards for her contribution the field of education and writing.
Mevin Murden counts 10 years of international luxury industry experience in areas such as hotels, cosmetics, fragrances, fashion, events, and arts. He has worked with brands such as Cerruti, Armani, Oberoi, Cartier, Rolex, Banyan Tree, Australia, and Melbourne Clubs. Mevin has been studying business for 7 years at various Universities worldwide such as La Trobe University (Australia), Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), Institute of Art, Design, and Technology (Ireland), and Harvard University (USA). In 2010, Mevin was awarded Best Strategic Marketing Tutor by the Association of Business Executives UK and in 2015, Best Tutor by Istituto Marangoni London where he has been teaching for 7 years and led industry projects for students with brands such as Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Saint Laurent, Mackintosh, Burberry, Mantero. Loro Piana, Paul Smith, Zaha Hadid, Dae Wha Kang, Elle, and GQ. In 2017 Mevin spent one year opening the new school in Mumbai as Fashion Business Programme Leader and in 2018, was for one year the Director of Education of the Shanghai School. Mevin’s specialism is luxury brand marketing and his research interest is neuromarketing and neo-craftsmanship in luxury.
