The seminar is being organized under G-20 in collaboration with the We Care Foundation and Sociology Department. The objective of this partnership to promote the “Role of Women Leadership in Development” in this seminar is to create awareness about the important contribution of women in the development sector and advocate for greater representation and participation of women in leadership positions within G20 member states.





Research has shown that increasing the number of women in leadership positions can have a significant positive impact on economic growth, poverty reduction and sustainable development. However, women are still under-represented in leadership roles in the development sector and face significant barriers to advancement.





The G20 has recognized the importance of gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls as an important part of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. The fundamental objective of the We Care Foundation is to increase the participation of women in social work. With this, The organization has started to spread its footsteps in other areas as well.





We care foundation to empower weaker community women through relevant education, innovative healthcare, and market-focused livelihood programs. Plan and implement or join hands with the government, donors, non-government, and other such bodies for implementing the programs that are beneficiary to our vision and to awaken, organize and strengthen the target families/communities with total capacities to manage their own development with ecologically sustainable development as a central theme of the development process.
