Pushkar said," It is any player's dream to represent a country. When I was young I remember the Kenyan cricket team was really good. They had players like Thomas Odoyo, Tom Tikolo, Kennedy Otieno, and Lameck Onyango. After my father's loss, I got the opportunity to work and play in Kenya. This is true this opportunity I owe to Mansukh Hirani because of him I am here in Kenya. This selection goes to Mansukh Hirani ( CEO OF HIRANI TELECOMMUNICATION LTD), my family's support and god”.

Regional qualifying continues next week as Qualifier B, featuring Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana, Eswatini, Cameroon, Gamibia, Mozambique, and Sierra Leone gets underway at the same venue.
