In his MBA days, he was selected in LG Electronics, 1st 4 rounds of Group Discussions & Interviews & failed in last round, struggling to get placed in any company for next 8 months, becoming a candidated of Top 5(who were selected for placement in the 1st 5) to Bottom 5(Last 5 who never got any job in campus). Moving forward, through his excellent 'Never Give Up' attitude, communication skills, and efforts, he got his 1st job opportunity in Kellogg's India Ltd. as 'Key Account Manager' handling Maharashtra.

Getting fired from the 3rd job to starting the 1st Startup!

After working with Kellogg's and a couple of companies, the next setback was when he was fired from a company within a year, just due to a 1-week leave extension for his health issues & critical operation. Interestingly, he was fired from the company, where he had signed a contract for 3 years.

After this trauma, the story became more interesting when he, along with his 2 MBA friends, started a health food chain, Dr.YOU, offering healthy foods in a trendy ambience. Almost 5 crucial years, 5 million invested, hired, and fired many. They have to close this business and accept another big-time failure.

The Loans, The Bankruptcy, The Family Complications, The Bounce Back.

After quitting Dr.YOU, the 1st startup, learning hell loads of lessons but with huge responsibilities of ageing parents, newly married, cute little daughter, he joined a couple of more jobs in IT, Consulting & Startup Incubation, somehow surviving and recovering! The Eureka moment is when Engineering-MBA and other Colleges started inviting him to share his story on 'Entrepreneurship', 'Failures', 'Bouncing Back'. He bounced back, restarting his venture, 'YourSarthi', intro trainings, mentoring, consulting & business incubation.
