Following such an inspiration, The 21-year-old boy Chandrakant Hire is emerging as one of the youngest, talented writers, Producers. He owes a lot of gratitude to his parents, sister in law and elder brother Gunvant Hire. Belonging from the farmer's background with having some blemished financial conditions he didn't stop dreaming.

After passing higher secondary education he went for the Hotel and Tourism Management diploma course at Kolhapur and then complete the Industrial training But due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he was unable to find a way to use his potential and creativity. So To discover more amazing ideas, Chandrakant initiated live interaction on Social platforms by inviting celebrities, social workers and influential personalities. With his extraordinary capabilities, he earned good followers in a very small pinch of time.
Chandrakant also known for hosting a Program namely called "चंद्रकोर प्रस्तुत:उभारी नाविन्याला". The main motive of the program is to support the young talent and discovering their identity in front of the world.
As per changing calendar, Chandrakant builds up decent recognition and moving ahead in the film industry he initially worked as Production Manager. He served in many Marathi short movies in the same post of Production Manager. With New learning and gaining good experience, he decided to establish his own Production House naming " The Diamond Honeycomb a ". In a very short era, Chandrakant builds ups an accomplished team which tends to open the door for newcomers and helps to locate the young talent.
Chandrakant Started his work as a production manager but recognised for "The Right One" where made his debut as a Producer. "The Right one" was written and Directed by Mr Sagar Ladhe. This film has a musical touch from Vishwesh Vaidya and Utkarsh Nemade. The Black Board Motion Picture has presented this film currently grabbed tremendous response on reputed BlackBoard OTT platform MX player.
This film made him quite popular. As a result he was invited by reputed Instagram handles to share his journey .
This short film is a 27-minute journey with renowned casts like Kahe Diya Pardes Fame Hrishi Saxena and Big Bull Fame Lekha Prajapati.
