9th International Yoga Day was celebrated at Heritage International School with the full enthusiasm in the presence of School management, Principal, teachers and coaches. On the occasion of G20 summit and Yoga day ,students shared the importance of Yoga and the Yog Vidya given by India to the World. Students shared comparative study of Canada and India with the reference to Yoga.
Rhythmic yoga performance, Traditional Yoga, Suryanamaskaars,Pyramid with different Yoga positions were presented by the students. Yoga anthem was sung and students took oath to continue the Yoga in their daily routine for healthy life.
