International Language Conference (Language and Employment Opportunities), Journey of Aspiring to Inspiring and Aparajita Award were celebrated on 26 February 2023 on the occasion of International Mother Language Day and Marathi Official Language Day under the joint venture of Stay Features, Scholarstree, Palingo, Win Connect. Mulshi, Dist.Pune and cofounder of AARV Edu Consultancy, Motivational speaker, Counsellor, Writer, Social worker for Women and Human Rights Commission and now working as a Zonal coordinator for CBSE Sahodaya School Complex, Pune too.
It's a proud feeling...honoured and humbled as Team Eduthon conferred me with the Aparajita Women of the year Award-2023 in the Eduthon fest which was conducted at Poona college of arts, commerce and science in the presence of Hon'ble Prof Dr Pratik Mungekar, Principal Dr Aftab Anwar Shaikh, Vice Principal Agaa Sir, Dr Mohd. Shakir Shaikh HOD Hindi Department Poona college and other dignitaries were invited for Sahitya Sangam
I would like to dedicate this award to my dear students, teachers and management who always made anything possible for me for the betterment of my education.
It's a proud feeling with the name of Award...The name Aparajita itself is a big award..."Undefeated; Unconquerable"

Actually, this award took me into a flashback. After my B. Sc and Diploma in computers I was not having any mindset to join the teaching field. I was a Law student and, had an interest in Computer technology. So, I was looking for these fields to join. But, after marriage life changed and fields made me go for any job to sustain and I joined one of the good institutes as a computer teacher. And the journey started with making lessons and education more interesting as I was having a good hold on Technology and trying to give my best through making children participate in various Interschool, National level competitions where my students won good ranks and the best results made me proud and journey of continuation of this Teaching field was remain as the ultimate goal. Later, after seeing my Law background and technology-related knowledge, readiness to update and upgrade administration skills, and rapport with students, parents and management my post is changed from Teacher to Administrative coordinator which was the most struggling phase as my creative mind never let to stop others and my dream of doing something great never allowed me to be in any limitations.
I was happy with my permanent job but was having one motive to give the best to society and the needful for the underprivileged society and the students to whom I can give my best I chose to be a Principal of a newly CBSE affiliated school in a rural area which is far away from my place. I never thought of money doing the job but yes my pure intention is to be creative, Innovative and my management allows me to do this giving me the satisfaction of work this job satisfaction lead me to be there in the rural area and my school's name in the best schools list. I got many awards for this noble work and the school's name and my name is taken with pride by the education dept, parents, and society.
My school was the one that got awarded with "Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar" at Taluka, District and State and represented for the National level too. We hosted the 50th Taluka Level Science Exhibition which was a benchmark exhibition for all.Our school has been declared Maharashtra's first school with Space Education Lab. So, it shows that rural areas and motivated like-minded people can make education more effective by creating excellence through inculcating values and nurturing creative minds.
'Aprajita award' the name itself has many meanings & the major one is 'The one who can't be defeated ' & which truly suits to Mrs. Renu Patil & My mom . She was awarded many a times as her journey is really aspiring to inspiring one, for this time she intended to take me along with her & I first time attended her award ceremony & it was an amazing moment to see your mother receiving award & been appreciated for her hard work & you cheering her from the audience. She's my guide,my inspiration & many more & not only for me but for all those who had been with her & in her proximity.
