A Movement Beyond Performances

What started as an online community of 11,900+ parents has, in just six years, grown into a nationwide platform that nurtures children’s talent and family well-being. Since its inception, TZP has provided opportunities to more than 2,900 families, organised 240+ online performances during COVID, and taken up social initiatives such as book donations, cancer awareness campaigns, and fundraisers.

Founder Sejal Ray—an IT professional, Bharatnatyam Visharad, TEDx Speaker, and author of Sunshine Through My Window—believes that “every child is unique, and recognising their individuality is the key to stronger mental health and happier lives.”

Jaipur Event Highlights

The Jaipur chapter of TZP’s journey celebrated principals as torchbearers of education.

Mrs. Swapna Mukharjee, Principal of Sri Chaitanya Techno School, served as the Rajasthan representative and played a pivotal role in the event’s success.

The TZP core team—Farhat Pedekar, Vibha Shinde, and Aastha Katara—were instrumental in planning and executing the project.

Young students from JECRC Maker Space, Vishesh Singla, Tamanna Chauhan, Ashish Sharma and from JECRC JIC, Aashish Sharma, Divya Kumawat, provided wonderful backend stage support. Students from JECRC Maverick students Karan Golani and Jayadity, captured the event beautifully with pictures and videos.

The ramp walk, choreographed by Fashion Director Krithi Shetty, added vibrancy, while hosts Dr. Ruchida Barman (HOD English) and Komal Joshi (HOD Incubation) brought warmth and professionalism to the stage.
