Heritage International Students Celebrate Raksha Bandhan with the Real ‘Rakshaks’ – Paud Police Officers

Paud, Pune – Heritage International School marked Raksha Bandhan 2025 by honoring the real protectors of society – the officers of the Paud Police Station. Continuing an annual tradition, Principal Dr. Renu Patil, staff members, and high school girls organized a heartfelt visit to express gratitude to the police for their unwavering service.

Students tied Rakhis to officers, symbolizing respect, care, and solidarity. The visit doubled as an educational experience, offering insights into law enforcement, FIR filing, departmental functions, crime prevention measures, and hands-on demonstrations of police equipment.

Participants met Senior Police Inspector Mr. Santosh Girigosavi, Assistant Police Officer Ms. Anita Ravlekar, and several dedicated constables, as well as Mulshi Tahsildar Mr. Vijaykumar Chobey, whose motivational address inspired students to serve society with commitment and integrity.
Founder President Mr. Krishna Bhilare, Secretary Mrs. Sangeeta Bhilare, and Directors Mr. Kunal Bhilare and Mrs. Yashaswini Bhilare extended heartfelt thanks to the Paud Police Department for their protection and community service.

This celebration not only upheld a beautiful tradition but also deepened students’ understanding of civic responsibility.
