Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow: District Team Learning Seminar 2025–26 Creates Lasting Impact

The Rotaract District 3132 witnessed an inspiring beginning to the upcoming Rotary year with the successful execution of the District Team Learning Seminar 2025–26, hosted by the enthusiastic Rotaract Club of Tembhurni. Led by District Rotaract Representative Elect (DRRE) Ar. Ketaki Sanjay Kulkarni, the seminar brought together current and future leaders of the district for a powerful day of learning, reflection, and planning.

With the steadfast guidance of District Governor Rtn. Sudhir Lature, this year’s seminar broke the traditional mould by incorporating Breakout Sessions, a customised Learning Handbook, and participative formats to ensure that every officer was not just present, but truly involved. In his address, DG Lature emphasised the need for proactive engagement from every district officer, reminding all that leadership comes with the responsibility to invest time in one’s development.

“When we invest in our learning, we unlock the real potential of our positions,” shared DRRE Ketaki Kulkarni. “This seminar was designed to push boundaries, encourage new ideas, and most importantly, build unity among the district leadership.”

Leadership Meets Learning

The event featured impactful sessions by:

  • Rtn. Narendra Shelar, who inaugurated the seminar with powerful reflections on the value of mentorship and continuous learning

  • PDRR Rtn. Shrikant Dad, who offered valuable perspectives on leadership dynamics and the evolving role of Rotaractors in today’s world

The Valedictory Session, graced by Rtn. Yashwant Hande left the audience with a deep sense of purpose and commitment to the Rotaract cause.

Driving the Vision: A Team Effort

Key to the success of the seminar was Rtn. Rtr. Prasad Warad, serving as DRCC and District Learning Facilitator, whose mentorship and breakout facilitation created an inclusive and insightful environment.

Also instrumental were contributors who worked behind the scenes and on the ground:

  • Rtn. Rtr. Ritesh Shah and Rtr Ishan Gandhi, who ensured seamless coordination for team arrivals

  • Rtr Sanjana Nagtilak and Rtr Usha Bamne, who conducted the event with elegance as Masters of Ceremony

  • Rtr Chanakshi Sakala, who visually documented the event through her creativity in poster design and photography

  • Rtr. Akanksha Tiwari, DRRN Rtr Amit Bhosale, and DRR Rtn. Rtr. Rohit Chavhan, who provided unwavering support in planning and execution

  • Rtr Raman Tiwari, Rtr Aaditya Lature (Secretary, Rotaract Club of Latur Midtown), Rtr Shounak Durugkar, and the Solapur Team, who were pivotal in logistics and local hosting

This seminar set the tone for what promises to be a meaningful and transformative Rotary year ahead.

"The District Team Learning Seminar was not just an event—it was a movement," concluded DRRE Ketaki. “A movement towards intentional leadership, collaborative growth, and stronger service.”
