- The Young Boy As a Content Creator- Himanshu Yadav
Hello everyone, Special thanks to “stay featured” and "SMMH" for giving this wonderful opportunity. My name is Himanshu Yadav. I am 17 years old, a student of ‘Association of certified chartered Accountant ‘from Udaipur, Rajasthan and currently working on my startup “Scale-up me Media ''. I’m Rajasthan's youngest student to clear 2 papers of ACCA in class 11th. It was only possible with the help of 'PFC EDUCATION UDAIPUR'. I was focusing on my profession but making people laugh was my hobby, so I started my meme page on 21st April 2020. With the help of my page, I want to showcase my talent of creating memes, editing funny videos, and crossover with the help of my page. And I named my page “@memes_wale_chacha” and now most of you call me as ‘chacha” I started the page in hope of getting followers likes and popularity. But the starting days were pathetic. I don't know what to do. I just pick up my phone and post memes. But after some time I went through the various meme pages and understood how to post. So, I worked hard and joined various groups taking advice from various people and the day came when I reached 1k followers but that was not enough. So I started thinking one night how good 10k followers look on a page. I created a target to reach 10k followers before my birthday which is on 13 December. And that night changed everything, that I used to only study and post memes that's all so when I reached 3k followers the graph rapidly went up I started getting thousands of reach per post and I was so happy. When I crossed 5k followers the messaged pop a man who asked me would do a campaign with and II was like 'what is it about?, he replied ' you have to work with big OTT platforms' for ex - AMAZON, HOTSTAR, ALTBALAJI, MX PLAYER. That moment I can't explain. It was such a lovely moment from that scenario. I was 100% confident in myself. With help of creating and editing, I was also working with a firm is “RAHUL PLACEMENTS COMPANY” they hired me for creating templates for their company The director trained me for the future by explaining how the industry works, how to behave, and they taught me a lot of things. I used to earn money and I was completely able to manage my own expenses. Now having more than 11k followers working with various firms and currently working on my new startup and gained all of these things at the age of 17 years. My small dream was completed. Life is not just about ups. I have gone through downs a hundred times and I have failed a hundred times. I was kicked out a hundred times but I believed myself and worked with full determination and it definitely works. I also excelled in my studies and gave time equally to both studies and my page. There are only 24 hours allotted to each and everyone and it's upon you how you utilize it. Always believe in yourself. At that time I didn't have good friends. I was alone but that reminds me how strong I ‘am my inner power was beyond the level. The journey was not easy but it teaches a lot. Always believe in yourself. - An Engineer turned Content Creator : Radhika Seth
I would firstly thank "Stay Featured" for giving me an opportunity to share my journey with everyone My journey is not a long one because I started with my influencer journey just back in Feb 2021 I wasn't blank or clueless which is there with most of the content creators and influencers. I knew that planning, putting and executing in the right way is the only key to success. The initial phase went into a lot of brainstorming sessions with my own self, research on what is happening in the field at present, it's necessary to be on place otherwise we'd lose a long leap. Then came the most interesting phase that was testing, till now had not transformed my account into a professional but made it public and came up with 3 posts that's needed to start the journey. Why 3 posts? to broadly understand my category of work for the future. I came up with styling, makeup and lifestyle. The response took a little longer than I expected Felt like taking a step back then suddenly one night spent understanding which category out of 3 got me the most insights and went on creating more content in the same. And my decision of going back came down as I started to get people to interact and like my content Then I came into full-fledged at least one mode to create atleast one piece of content every day and put it up. The next important phase was to understand Instagram insights and act accordingly, slowly and steadily I began to act on it. Started to post when my audience was most available also what my audience was willing to see and who was my Audience, and as it is rightly said *Slow and steady wins the race, I gained my first 1k Family. Initially wasn't very clear with the idea of Collaboration, but then on advising myself from some previous creators, I went on to collaborate with a fashion brand and switched on my professional account. Coming up with the first brand's post, the amount of love and support I received was tremendous and overwhelming, more and more collaborations came my way. Lately, I started doing a new experiment of series/episode for a particular thing, can be an outfit, product or brands. My collaboration with AHMP was a very helpful phase in my growth, I went on to gain more attention from other opportunities and growth Vaibhav has been such a dear person to me throughout and also even after, he made me introduce to so many other deals through SMMH The journey of almost 4k family wasn't so smooth, there was a phase where I couldn't get time from my job to create a new look or to put up Content for a long while. With the second wave of Covid things weren't the same anymore now, this time all social media content creator could do was to amplify request, needs or any medical conditions and this phase also made me do a bit of my social help as well as creating something to keep people sane and have something for them to take a break. I'm open to all sorts of brand and content, haven't restricted myself to just the fashion industry but have gone ahead with lifestyle as well as health Content and have also received a request from my followers for a specific piece of content and have satisfied them with my work. I belong to a Business family where most of the days are spent struggling and fighting for livelihood and this taught me to be the fighter to win the race, my parents have been a guide to me on all my decisions and yes that's also a key factor of my progress. An advice to all those newbies that please just don't jump into the field of content creation and influence because it isn't that easy deal, learn from already settled creators or grown creators and see how they paved their path to success. Don't think of it as a cup of tea because that also requires dedication and commitment. You will not grow overnight and you'll never again in a go. Good things take time to learn, educate yourself understand your niche and deep dive to working hard because that's the only solution to great results, and yes patience is the ultimate deal! Thinking of joining any profession without adequate knowledge is useless and similarly, your education is also very important if you compromise on that you'll have to compromise the whole way to get a reach your goal. I hope my journey can be a source of inspiration for all newbie influencer and content creator and also a learning lesson. I'm free and most happy to help anyone. Work hard and keep hustling you will win for sure! if you want to stay connected with me, these are the links Instagram link https://www.instagram.com/showstopperengineer Facebook link https://www.facebook.com/Radhikaseth11

- Meet Intelligent Content Creator -Ishika Khurana
1) How do you decide what topics to focus on and what format to use? The most important thing as a social media influencer is to identify your niche and content pillars. The more concentrated and niched your content is in the beginning, the easier it will be to build a community that trusts and enjoys it. Being a social media Influencer, I have to keep a check on the latest trends that are going on, which requires a lot of research work and of course a lot of time and effort. Most importantly, being consistent, Consistency is important if you want to see growth on Instagram and stay top of mind with your fans. I usually pick a schedule and commit to it so your audience knows when to expect new content from you. 2) What makes content successful? Share your thoughts. I think 'creating your own content is what a content creator should be known for, or doing trends in your own way. One shouldn't be merely a follower and should be themselves on social media. At the same time, it is very important to identify your goals, where you see yourself in a long run. Getting a strong social media presence necessitates authenticity, an influencer must ensure they're authentic. It definitely involves being true to your audience. Before you include some brand messaging in your content, think about what your audience cares about. 3) Can you tell me some of your strengths that really helped you as an influencer? I'd say not caring about what people will think about me and doing what I love to, is my strength. People always tried to pull me down but I didn't give up and continued and that's what helped me to go a long way. I always liked learning new things and being an influencer, it forced me to continuously learn and evolve. My confidence has always helped me in conveying my thoughts to my audience. 4) You went through a lot of traumatic experiences such as trolling and bullying. How did you overcome the same? I always received comments about my weight. When I was young, I was often being bullied for being skinny. Not just in school, but my relatives had the same opinion about me. I was still afraid that people would assume I had an eating disorder when I didn't. As I got closer to college, I started to feel more self-conscious about my weight, as everyone said I still looked 15 years old. Body shaming has been something I've closely witnessed and it made me hate myself. I wanted to change my entire body because of the hate it received not only from myself but from everyone. Then I got inclined into reading about body positivity. Body positivity inspired me to love and respect my body. To accept me the way I am. 5) What is your greatest achievement outside this field? I think being kind is the greatest achievement that you can get in life. I've been associated with a lot of NGOs, and we currently are helping covid patients. Helping people to get leads for covid resources for their loved ones, I think that's the biggest achievement of all time if I'm able to save a life. Being kind will make you feel better. It feels good to be kind and helpful to others, and it will make you physically feel better. Not only that, but if you exhibit kindness, others will like you more. I'm personally verifying leads and helping people in this tough time of the pandemic. I think it's really important to step forward for help. 6) Share about your family and followers support. My family is used to wearing many hats and has always embraced and encouraged me to pursue my goals. They've led me, steered me toward my objectives while being unwavering and uncompromising in our values. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher, and I'm thankful they taught me the proper life lessons. I've had great support from my followers as well. There was a time when I was low because of the social media hate that I got initially, my family, friends and of course my followers helped me get through it. My followers have been an incredible support for me. I would like to take this moment to thank all my followers for the incredible support which they have been showing me all along. 7) Do you have any specific goals for the rest of this year? As we know the current situation, it's not possible to work on your goals on the ground level. My goals definitely include creating some amazing content for my followers and hopefully starting a youtube channel real soon. Talking about my personal goals, every weekincludes pursuing Equanimity in myself. Equanimity is defined as peak calmness and composure, no matter what life is throwing at you. When you're at your most creative, and the work piles up faster than you can finish it, it's easy to lose track of time and it makes you think your work= your life, though these two are not equal. Limiting your work and making time for all of the other important aspects of life is a noble purpose in life, and definitely volunteering for a charity. I'm connected with 4-5 NGOs at this moment, Volunteering for a charity allows you to get a sense of what life is like for people in less fortunate situations than you. It gives you a fresh perspective on all of your blessings, and it's typically accompanied by a deep sense of gratitude. 8)How active are you on a weekly basis? How often do you communicate with your followers? I try to be consistent, I'm very active on stories, often try to interact with my followers using polls and Q&A sessions. Putting up content thrice a week is what makes my followers excited, to know what's coming next. I also have live sessions where I can connect with my followers directly. I think being able to connect to your followers is one of the best things you can do as a social media influencer because they not only get to see your other side, behind the camera but also get to know different things about you. 9)How would you describe your personal style and is there a person who is a fashion inspiration to you? My personal style would definitely be girly style, it is a feminine style, If you like this look, you'll mostly wear pink clothing and accessories and apply a lot of make-up. Skirts, coats, and blouses with cute details like bows or ruffles, flounces, and lace would be your go-to outfits. My inspiration has to be Dolly Singh, not merely because of her dressing sense but because I very much relate to her. Also, I think it's not about what you wear it's about how you wear it. All we need is confidence to carry them. 10)What 3 things does anyone starting in your industry need to know? IT'S NOT GOING TO BE EASY. If you by any chance think it's a piece of cake, trust me it's not. You require a lot of hard work, time and effort to survive here. Secondly, just get up and go for it, don't wait too long. If you wanna do something, just do it don't give double thoughts to it. And lastly, believe in yourself. Believe that you will make it till the end. Because if you believe in yourself, anything is possible. 11) On this closing note, share your success mantra. My success mantra is, I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents. Gamify your life by constantly challenging yourself. This will ensure that you continue to drive yourself to new heights. Whatever you do, be enthusiastic about it. If you are doing something and failing/being rejected discourages you, then you are just not committed enough to it. Whatever you do, be enthusiastic about it. If you are doing something and failing/being rejected discourages you, then you are just not committed enough to it. When you're enthusiastic about something, you ignore the flaws and concentrate only on the positive aspects. Most importantly, love yourself. believe in yourself, and do what makes you happy if you really want to know more about me and my work follow me on Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/ishikakhurana__/ Thanks to Stay Featured for such an amazing interview. See you soon with a lot of achievements

Due to My Hacked Account It was very difficult to start it from zero I didn't mention my followers they were a total of 40,000+ So After that Many Ongoing campaigns from Brands and it was signed for 2-3 months And much brand Has done some features and Mentioned as Ambassador and promoter so after that the situation was like I don't have followers and Engagement. And after that when brands realised that my Account is not Visible Anymore. They started to mail me and to reached Me And They Already paid and signed the campaign and many of were Didn't paid me because the campaign was remaining up to 35%-70% so I need to drop all campaign even prepaid or postpaid. The main topic is that the image in front of the brand was clear and legit so I need to maintain my repo. I was very tensed then I decided to reach the back and written down the current situation going on so then many of brands allowed me to Resume the campaign and collaboration and also supported me then I committed that again I will provide the best service as more than previous one and now I am feeling that I achieved it. Thanks to brands and peoples who supported me in my bad times. Question No 5 What is the best collaboration that you have done with a brand? Answer NO 5--- As before when I was just a normal user of Instagram I don't know about Influencer or collaboration/promotions then one of my friends said me to share their painting on a story as well as post and also ask interested people to buy it. As then he said to me that he will share 10% of the selling amount with me, slowly his paintings started to give a good response and best selling price. Then we made Deal for Paid collaboration and as such, I gotta know about Influencing and promotion After that, I followed niche for my account and maintained it Easy eye contact with peoples so one day I Seen An Article on My OS section where I always use to see Technical and market News, I Seen A Brand from Brazil initiated their business in India and also soon they will start their advertisement so I searched more about them and reached out to the E-mail and written down a proposal for Paid collaboration, then after some days I got a reply from them and they asked me about myself and what I can do for them as a good boost to the product. Then I explained to them all procedures about Influencers and collaboration then I made them trust and believe what I said that will be delivered then After much Research on my account and studies on Engagement they Accepted my proposal them they provided me with their Hampers for publishing and Exploring about it. After one month they realise it's Great And Convenience to Run Campaigns and they Paid me a Good amount and Also they started to Provide me with newly launched items their events invitation and that was my first and Successful Collaboration with that brand and also then after that I started to get barter Collaborations paid as well it was like an experienced Influencing tag for me and I Will never forget it. - Should teachers be prioritized for Vaccination?
The first thing on top of mind for everybody when the pandemic hit the world was a vaccine. Now that vaccines are out and the frontline workers were vaccinated on a priority basis, then followed by 45 plus aged is taken up. The third phase of vaccination is to vaccinate all above 18 plus years of age. Now a debate surfaced. The debate is Journalists need to be vaccinated on a priority basis. The teachers need to be vaccinated. Children must be vaccinated. And so on so forth. Though there was a lot of vaccine hesitation in the beginning, thanks to the second wave and in the backdrop of the impending third wave many got inoculated and more are waiting. While hundreds are waiting for the vaccine, an equal number is still reluctant to take the vaccine, for reasons best known to everybody. Among the health workers themselves, quite a large number of people are still hesitating to go for it. The new debate that keeps surfacing on and off is should teachers get Covid-19 vaccination on priority too?. This article will focus only on this group. Why not asks a WhatApp forward?. We spoke to a cross-section of the people to understand the mood. In December 2020, UNESCO and Education International (EI), the global federation of education unions, issued a call to governments and the international community to consider the vital importance of vaccinating teachers and school personnel says Dr Ankam, a former teacher and a founder of Tutors Pride, an online tutor’s resource. Vaccinating teachers and childcare staff will help protect them from the virus and allow them to teach in person without any fear says Ghannarapu Ashok, a Government Teacher. About 19 countries have made teachers a priority group and vaccinated the majority of them. The U.S. is one of 20 nations, listed as putting teachers in the second priority group. This was achieved in the US after lobbying teaching unions for the same. This has helped to persuade President Joe Biden, who called states to move teachers and support staff of the educational institutions up the vaccine list. Adds Dr Ankam Maharashtra teachers and their Unions requested the Chief Minister of that state to give them a priority for COVID-19 Vaccine. Private teachers are jobless for well over a year now. That is why we are even organizing free training to upskill teachers to migrate from traditional classrooms to online teaching. Many teachers, he says, have lost their livelihood. They were sacked. They only know to teach. They have turned into daily wage labourers. Some of them are doing agriculture; selling vegetables, working in petrol bunks, and opening a Tiffin canter. Some teachers have committed suicide. Teachers shape future citizens of the nation. Their services are required for the future of the nation. Teachers must be given due weightage in the inoculation drive, he observed. As states roll out plans to inoculate their citizens, the urgent need to vaccinate teachers is an increasingly pressing concern, says Vanaja, a contract teacher. Lancet's India Task Force said, to reopen schools, teachers should be given vaccine priority, reminded Shrikanth, a Hyderabad based teacher. United Arab Emirates, China, Russia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Congo, Gambia, Jamaica, Morocco, Qatar, Rwanda, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Belarus have both put teachers in the top priority group Some countries where teachers were prioritized in the first phase are: Belarus, the Republic of and the Central Asian republics of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan Ramakrishna Reddy, Founder & Head and Manthan International School say, Education is one of the most basic needs of any child and the best way that can happen is by being physically present in school. As education is not only an intellectual activity but equally a development of social, emotional and physical skills. It can only be done under the supervision of a trained and dedicated teacher. If teachers are scared of getting infected and most of them do have issues like hypertension, diabetes, etc which makes them susceptible to Covid, running schools wouldn't be possible. So definitely teachers need to be vaccinated on priority as any other front line workers like health care, police, etc says Ramakrishna Reddy, Founder & Head and Manthan International School. There is absolutely no doubt about that! Any nation to grow needs to prioritize health and safety - We have started in the right way by vaccinating our doctors/nurses, hospital workers and policemen. The next priority should be children’s Education. And vaccinating not just teachers by all school support staff/drivers of school buses etc should be the next priority. We have largely lost one year because of the Pandemic. One more year will put millions of children further behind and we as a nation will pay a very heavy price in the future for this, says Dinesh Victor, MD of SIP Academy. Dinesh Victor is one of the names to reckon in India on the subject of Skills Development in children. He has been a champion of the skill development movement in Children in India Adds Harsha Solanki, A Principal of a Private School at Shamshabad, "in our country, where once upon a time Guru was given highest regard in the society, today they are treated with least regard and concern. The fraternity that is responsible for strengthening the future of the nation, who strive relentlessly towards building the nation is blatantly ignored and disregarded. It is high time that they must be brought to the forefront and give them the place that they deserve in society. Yes, teachers must be given priority for vaccination, says she. T. Usha Giri, Psychologist and Life Coach say a large portion of our population is young. Educating them is teaching the community. They are the knowledge givers. Further, one should not ignore that Teachers are always on government duties on the forefront for election duty, census and for any door to door duties etc We have lost one year, says Uma Swaminathan, Regional Head of SIP Academy, a skill development organization. No parent would like to lose another year. Hence, the teachers must be vaccinated on a priority basis. So that whenever pandemic ends, teachers are confident to go back to schools so also the kids, she adds. Teachers are no way less than frontline workers, she adds. Potta Swapna, a Schools Assistant working in a ZP Government High School for girls says UNESCO urged all countries to prioritize teachers in national COVID-19 vaccine rollout plans to ensure education can continue safely and schools remain open. Teachers and their supporting staff must be vaccinated for the future of the nation. While people from the teaching community are in favour of the priority treatment of the teachers, people from different walks of life have different opinions. If teachers and supporting staff are vaccinated it still doesn’t serve a purpose. What about people from different professions. We all are interdependent. If others are not vaccinated, it would not serve the purpose, says Ashwin Rao, a realtor and Secretary of HPS-Ramanthapur Alumni Association. Krishna Mohan Jampala, a Management Consultant says the priority must be given to frontline health workers, police, people with co-morbidities. Pallavi, a Counsellor says teachers can get vaccinated to spread awareness on the safety of the vaccine thus encouraging others to go for it especially in rural areas. "I don’t think they need to be given a priority as the current need is to focus on the vulnerable sections. Given that most teachers are not exposed to students or others today given online education they should be treated at par with other citizens. If the schools or colleges were working then they would have been a category to give priority to.-Viiveck Verma. Advisor Telangana State Innovation Cell Radhakrishna Thatavary, a financial technology expert says as long as teachers are teaching online, we don’t have to think much about them. But, yes, if the schools have to be resumed, it will be a different matter. Santoshi who is associated with a school as an administrator says teachers are similar to any other adult groups. It is not only teachers but all working for a school that can be vaccinated. But, as of now, the schools are conducting virtual classes until the Govt decided to reopen them. Till such time they need not be given priority. Some schools alumni from the medical field or working as doctors have assisted in some of their teachers vaccinated. According to a post on Facebook by HPS-Ramanthapur, one of their alumni got all the current teachers of the school vaccinated. Similarly, other alumni got their beloved retired teachers and sub-staff also got inoculated. Many raised the question that it doesn’t matter who should be given priority. As long as doctors, health workers, frontline warriors like the police are vaccinated we need not worry much about other categories. What we need to worry about is how soon we will get the majority of the population vaccinated. And how soon will they be protected? Do we need to worry about how to overcome vaccine shortage? How to overcome vaccine hesitancy? Ireland and Northern Ireland are said to have fully vaccinated their people. Countries like Serbia, Malta, Hungary, Turkey, though small also have fully vaccinated their population. We need to worry about how to reach the status of the UAE, USA and Israel who worked relentlessly and got a maximum number of their people/population vaccinated. These are small nations. India is big, so also its resources. We are considered as the ‘Vaccine Capital of the World’, 'Pharmacy of the World". And we must live up to its distinction. We must have vaccine booths like we have voting booths. We must also have "Drive-In-Vaccination' facilities. Corporate India is gearing up to vaccinate their employees free, some even thinking of vaccinating their immediate families. A firm message must go that tika-se-hi-teek. It is the vaccine alone that can help us restore normalcy.
